Reported User

Discord: Titanite
Discord UID: 1013497955564650596

YanLili Discord: YanLili
Discord UID: 578450167804461066

Amount in Dispute
$765 USD

This is the debit that, according to our agreement, Titanite agreed to pay to YanLili if I successfully completed the required verification.

Summary of the Dispute
An agreement was made between OzenGP, Titanite, and YanLili regarding a $765 debit owed to YanLili.

The agreement specifically required me to prove that my alternate Discord account was still inside Titanite's Grand Exchange server.

It was agreed that once I successfully provided the required proof, Titanite would be responsible for paying the $765 debit to YanLili.

Both Titanite and YanLili agreed to the terms and signed the agreement.

I subsequently completed the requirements and provided the requested screenshots demonstrating that my alternate account was still inside Titanite's Grand Exchange server and had access to the required channels.

Despite completing my side of the agreement, Titanite is now refusing to honor the agreement and refusing to pay the $765 debit to YanLili.

Original Agreement
I am providing the complete agreement between OzenGP, Titanite, and YanLili:

The agreement clearly sets out the requirements I had to complete and the obligation for Titanite to pay the $765 debit after I successfully completed those requirements.

Signatures / Acceptance
Titanite signed and agreed to the terms:

YanLili signed and agreed to the terms:

Both parties therefore accepted the agreement and its conditions.

Required Proof Under Agreement #2
The second part of our agreement specifically required me to provide four screenshots from the current state of Titanite's Grand Exchange Discord server.

The requirements were:

1. Current Chat Channel
A screenshot showing a currently active/current chat channel within Titanite's Grand Exchange server.

2. Current Buying Rates Channel
A screenshot showing the current Buying Rates channel and its currently posted rates.

3. Current Selling Rates Channel
A screenshot showing the current Selling Rates channel and its currently posted rates.

4. Current Swap Channel
A screenshot showing the server's Swap channel with current/recent swap posts.

The purpose of these screenshots was to demonstrate that my alternate Discord account was still inside Titanite's server and had access to the relevant channels.

Proof I Completed the Agreement
I completed all four required verification categories and provided the requested evidence.

1. Current Chat Channel
2. Current Buying Rates Channel
3. Current Selling Rates Channel
4. Current Swap Channel
These screenshots demonstrate that my alternate account was inside Titanite's Grand Exchange server and could access the required channels.

Additional Verification
For additional verification, I also asked Titanite to go into his server and send a message in the server chat.

Titanite then instructed me to show the Sales channel.

I immediately provided the requested screenshot, demonstrating that my alternate account was still inside the server and had access to the channel.

Proof:

This provides additional evidence that I had live access to Titanite's server at the time of the verification.

Titanite's Refusal to Pay
After I completed the requirements and provided the agreed proof, Titanite refused to fulfill his part of the agreement.

The agreed obligation was that after I successfully proved that my alternate account remained inside his Grand Exchange server, Titanite would pay the $765 debit to YanLili.

I completed the verification requirements, but Titanite has not paid the $765 debit and is refusing to honor the agreement.

Relevant Chat Showing Refusal
I am attaching the relevant Discord conversation where Titanite refuses to pay the $765 debit:

This conversation should be reviewed together with the original agreement and the verification screenshots.

Proof of Discord Ownership / Identity
The following evidence connects the Discord account to Titanite:

Titanite Discord UID: 1013497955564650596

YanLili Discord UID: 578450167804461066

How the Agreement Was Breached
The sequence of events is straightforward:

  1. OzenGP, Titanite, and YanLili entered into an agreement.

  2. Titanite and YanLili signed and accepted the agreement.

  3. The agreement required OzenGP to prove that his alternate account remained inside Titanite's Grand Exchange server.

  4. The agreement specified the required screenshots/channels.

  5. OzenGP provided the required screenshots.

  6. Additional live verification was also provided when requested.

  7. OzenGP therefore completed the required condition of the agreement.

  8. Under the agreement, Titanite was then responsible for paying the $765 debit to YanLili.

  9. Titanite subsequently refused to pay the $765 debit despite the agreed condition being fulfilled.

Now i am paying yanlili nothing after boths they are agree on agreement now yanlili need to take debits from titnaite because they agree

I'll sum this report up: you were ban evading in their Discord, which is a trading server, when you are known to have scammed someone in said trading server. The users convinced you to tell them who you were ban evading, and you expected them to cover the debt,

while what the way they approached it isn't ethical, and I wouldn't say it's scamming; if anything an anti-scam in the sense of protecting their users from a user who is known to have debt, so yeah, we are not going to uphold this debt.
