    Reason for your request: the password reset dosent work for me (im not receiving the email onto my mail so i can reset my password (ive forgotten it)
    Current registered email: same as ive used to make account on this forum
    Previous ISP/Log in locations: same as always
    Recovery phone number if applicable: i dont remember using phone number but if i have it connected then sure.
    Recovery phrase if applicable: i have it written down
    Exact donation date, donation amount, and proof of donation: (MM/DD/YYYY) dont have it

    If you'd like to request a recovery (email change) you need to fill out the form properly.

    Otherwise make sure you check your spam folder, as site emails occasionally end up there.
