Calvi's ban dispute

I’m opening this dispute regarding the ban placed on my account (Calvi) in relation to the recent report involving Yama Services and Eagles Services.
I would like to clarify that I have no ownership, management role, or direct involvement in either service.
I work independently as a worker across multiple servers, and I am not part of any specific team or business structure. I have never managed threads, posted advertisements, or represented either Yama or Eagles in any official capacity.
If there appears to be any IP overlap, it is likely due to the fact that, as mentioned in a previous resolved report, we were friends in real life and occasionally used the same location to work. This was over two years ago, and the situation was already clarified and resolved at that time.
I believe my account may have been included based on indirect assumptions rather than actual involvement.
I would appreciate a review of my case, and I am fully willing to provide any additional clarification if needed.
