Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

I’ve always helped customers with any lock they received. I now understand that I should have stated in my TOS to allow for a recovery period, and I’ve already changed my TOS. My goal is for customers to be happy with the accounts they purchase from me.

I’ve sold thousands of legacy accounts since 2017 that I created, and all customers have been able to successfully enjoy/unlock their accounts using the information I provide. Because of that, I feel that receiving a TWC over 1 single account doesn’t represent all the years of hard work, when I've sold a lot of accounts without issues.

That said, I take responsibility for the mistake and I apologize for it.
