Need Help With improving my skills

can someone with decent knowledge in making sigs tell me what i should be doing with this flow/background wise i fail to understand the concept of having a complex background as for flow i have no clue what people mean.

if you can help me I'd really much appreciate it.:laugh:

 

The only really screwing with the flow of this background is the text change that maybe look up a few things on typography and applying color.
I dont really mean to short hand you with this one but I explained most of this in the graphics show off section.

Unless your going for like a fire bg, you might want to darken it.
