invalid no proof

hello guys how ya'll doing , i wanted to buy roatpkz gold and went to my boy
Srtutor he is my seller.
srtutor is a great guy to deal with he made me this deal.
the deal is 1285m osrs for 100m roatpkz gold.
so i traded srtutor the 1285m osrs . then he's seller wanted to give roatpkz account with 100m pkp
we accepted
after i traded srtutor the osrs gold , he sends me the account info
i logged in area with red rocks around , i didn't know where the acc is i tried to tele didn't work .
after that i thought maybe the client lagged , launched new client also didn't tele after that i said maybe the password i changed the password still didn't success to tele .
what i just knew that the acc was in jail from the beggning the guy know about this but didn't tell srtutor or me .
so we need you guys to solv this situation please , i need to get refund
