    Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

    I’ve always helped customers with any lock they received. I now understand that I should have stated in my TOS to allow for a recovery period, and I’ve already changed my TOS. My goal is for customers to be happy with the accounts they purchase from me.

    I’ve sold thousands of legacy accounts since 2017 that I created, and all customers have been able to successfully enjoy/unlock their accounts using the information I provide. Because of that, I feel that receiving a TWC over 1 account doesn’t represent all the years of hard work, when I've sold a lot of accounts without issues.

    That said, I take responsibility for the mistake and I apologize for it.

    This report was discussed among staff prior to the ruling. It was determined that a TWC was warranted due to multiple reasons which were all outlined in the ruling itself.


    You can submit a new dispute to request the removal of your TWC 30 days after it was issued.
