Hello,

I would like to respectfully submit this appeal regarding the case that was opened against me by Gregory related to the Arena Service matter. I kindly ask the staff team to reconsider my situation and review the case again.

From my understanding, the situation escalated after Gregory was banned from the forum, which resulted in the matter being interpreted as a refusal to deal with him. I would like to clarify that I never intended to break any forum rules or avoid resolving the situation.

I have great respect for the rules and standards of this community, and I understand how important trust and transparency are on this platform. This experience has helped me better understand the seriousness of these responsibilities, and I assure the staff team that I will be much more careful moving forward.

Additionally, I would like to mention that Zora was the one who informed me about the comments and vouches that were left by my partner. I was not aware of them at the time, and I sincerely apologize for that. I take full responsibility for my account, and I assure the staff team that this will not happen again.

I would like to sincerely apologize to the staff team and the community for this situation. I appreciate the time taken to review my appeal, and I hope I may be given another opportunity to continue participating in the community while strictly following all forum rules.

@Arena Service are you able to provide some examples of you sending proper sythe dms?
To reply please make a new post titled merge, do not edit your information in.

 

1. I haven't tried sending DMs to anyone on Sythe before. Usually, customers join my server and we talk in a ticket. But in general, I have learned and understood all the rules correctly.

@Arena Service it does not appear that you fully understand why the Trade with Caution was issued.

You responded to a Sythe PM from Gregory confirming that you were speaking to him on the ticket. However, neither the discord username nor unique ID that Gregory sent you in the Sythe PM matched the credentials of the user you were speaking with in the ticket. As @Zora mentioned on the original report, this could have easily led to someone being scammed by an imposter.

I would really like to see a proper Sythe PM before I could feel comfortable supporting the removal of your TWC.

The confirmation PM in your example is not what I would consider a decent confirmation message.

Here is an example of what a confirmation message should look like:

Depending on the nature of the trade and the amount, you do not necessarily have to provide everything, but your UID, and my UID are essential.

I believe this is an "Oh, OK!" moment for you and will follow this template, so I will support your request to remove the TWC.

Support, but please understand it is very important to send good conformation pms as if you were to send a bad one and the other party get scammed you would be responsible

 

@Arena Service Even though you failed to demonstrate understanding of what is a proper PM, I think @BlackBlasses explained it well enough. Please take this seriously for your safety and others' safety.
