Ok lets start with this I guess its ok for only your second signature but its pretty poor work sorry Im not here to please.
First if you saved the psd go back and make the render not black n white unless your gonna blend the background with it.
also download some fonts to Add to the effect or atleast not pick a font that sticks out so much.
Maybe check out some tuts.

Just look in Jason_x, his sig is great imo, render fits in very well, and the use of the font is very well done. Your sig looks very low quality just because of the effect of the render, and black,white and blue dont go together in my opinion.

Anways, like the two said above, usually, a renders color isn't changed drastically. If at most, the person working on it is going to use highlight or darken it.

 

you really shouldn't change the render olor unless your using the dodge/burn tool to make it look a specific way. Changing the color all together in my opinion is eww.

 

I don't really like anime stuff but it looks pretty sic.
