Ulquiorra - Dispute a DNT 2

Hi,

Creating a new dispute thread as requested by Zulu. Spoke to him on discord, checked my internet settings confirmed that I'm not using any proxy/VPN of any kind but just my normal home internet connected via ethernet cable. shared my internet bill as requested as well. My ISP is [Redacted].

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

Considering buying an 07 acc to play on in my spare time, went to talk to Searchy on discord as I sold a lot of gold to him all the way back in may 2020. I requested a PM from him and he told me my account has DNT and that he isn't allowed to send me a PM on sythe because of this. I checked my account and saw the thread which gave me my DNT, I have no absolutely affiliation or knowledge of the 'karna' or 'jason hotel' guy mentioned in the thread. Yoshiki on discord had a quick look and said my account was linked because of a home IP match. I was living in university dorms at the time but have no idea if this can still cause an IP match of any kind.

I'm not sure how else I can prove that I have no links to those 2 people in that thread in any way, except that it would be very odd for me to re-appear out of nowhere after 5 years of inactivity just to get my ban removed (if I even had knowledge of it) but I didn't hence why I recovered my Sythe acc password etc. to talk to Searchy before finding out. Please feel free to check my sythe activity and inbox, i'm happy to share the only activity i've had which was selling gold to searchy on 3rd may 2020
