Explanation of the trade: Purchased AIO Profile Lifetime membership in APR24. New owner is not carrying it over due to time being elapsed from the closure of the old discord to the new one.

How they scammed: Recently the new owner closed the old discord and provided people a few months to message him to have roles transferred. I was taking a hiatus from OSRS and discord at this time and was not on to see those discord messages. Although there was a grace period given, my understanding is that a lifetime membership should be lifetime, non-negotiable, even if there is a transfer of ownership. With transfer of ownership, there should be assumption of responsibility in upholding and recognizing the lifetime membership. I spoke with the new owner via discord and they stated they could not move the roles and eventually said if I could pull the ticket of my purchase from over 1.5 years ago that would suffice. I provided evidence of a ticket, in addition to the ticket link showing that since MAR25 all tickets were removed meaning that there is no proof. While I recognize that I do not have absolute proof that I had purchased this lifetime membership from the ticket, the new owner should have done the due diligence when purchasing, or at least during the multi-month migration period, to write down the discords of those with lifetime roles rather than relying on them to individually message him. If I'm being unreasonable to assume that a lifetime membership should extend through ownership change, then please let me know and close this. Thank you.

Another concern of mine is how many other people either gave up dealing with the new owner or forked up additional payment due to him not honoring their lifetime membership.

I just want to help assist get this sorted, regardless of the outcome.

I'm not defending either of the 2 people involved. However, when and if the purchase was made with me, it was a lifetime purchase, they will be granted it. As of right now, there is no proof of purchase, you do not have any proof that a purchase was made.

Now I do remember the old discord had a ticket system with transcripts, I'm not fully updated with how the new discord works, nor do I even know if the old discord still exists. So if you did purchase, you should have a DM from the discord ticket bot with a transcript from back then unless you deleted it.

If you can provide me with proof of the BTC being sent to me, I'll review it and I can also assist in getting you the lifetime member back within the new discord server.

If not, I'm sorry but there is nothing that I can personally do and this is something that is out of my hands.

Also the price purchased with myself was 200$ not 300$ - Just to confirm.

However - The discord bot (No fault of the AIO Profiler) is down. The link doesn't work, nor does the bot actually work at the moment. I'm not entirely sure if we could ever recover it either due to this:


I do also want to state that the new owner of the discord gave everybody more than 4 months notice to get their transfers roles sorted. This time is MORE THAN ENOUGH.

I would like to defend myself here.

I purchased the AIO Discord over a year ago, during that time, I have not seen 1 post, not 1 comment, nor 1 time in a voice chat from this user.

The ticket bot that was used When Oogle was the server owner is no longer accessible, when that bot when down is when i switched to the new user.

I gave a mutli month period to joining the new discord for roles to be changed, AND then on top of the dead line i gave weeks on top of that. When that time frame was up i deleted everything but the things in the admin channel and the news channel for people who are coming in. I have giving multiple people who have provided the payment details and showing proof of purchase since then the membership roles.


I asked him for the transaction and he cant provide it, let alone when he purchased the package it wasn't $300. So saying scammed on $300 isn't the correct value of what he is claiming, if he actually purchased it he would known the deal when Oogle owned the server is was $200.

If he can provide the payment link and it can be confirmed then i have no problems honoring the lifetime package like i have done countless times before. If there is anything else i can do to help with this situation please let me know.

For claiming how many people have "forked up a payment" - the answer to that is 0. Everyone can either provide the TX or joined when the announcements were made.

1. I've used so many different BTC accounts over the last two years that I can't even imagine checking - for example, most recently I paid $800 for plugins to Hydra and used BTC stored on a gambling website (runestake) to pay them; I do not have my own static BTC address since Robinhood has closed my crypto account. I checked my robinhood and there was no transaction for $200 in April24.

2. I acknowledge it is $200 and not $300, the post has been edited. Just because I looked at the current price and did not remember the previous price does not mean that I did not pay for it as Turbo is unfaithfully alleging.

3. Again, I understand that there were multiple months that we were able to message you to have our roles transferred but I was not available and was not checking the discord. What was so difficult from you looking at the previous roles and transferring them or saving their information? Regardless of time given, lifetime should be lifetime.

4. To be clear, I don't even plan to use these profiles, this is more about maintaining a lifetime membership that I purchased. For example, I rarely use Squire and I paid like $7k for that membership and regardless of them not having many frequent updates and lack of communication with timelines I still have the same access and membership so I don't complain.

 

Looking at the old discord server, you don't even have any roles in there? That alone would've been proof but I don't actually see any role there for you, nor do I imagine Turbo would've removed your role but no one elses, you're the only person this has happened to. I find it very hard to believe that he would do this out of spite to you when he's never spoken to you.

 

Has anyone you've transfered previously currently have roles? I looked through this discord and the only role I can see is someone with a moderator rank. If there were distinct roles, why would you not doccument those with lifetime membership after your purchased and before roles dropped off? I feel like that would be basic business practice.

I distinctly recall purchasing the lifetime membership, there being some #Lifetime chat I had access to, in addition to the beta testing of profiles which at the time I believe the most recent one pushed was ToB account creation.

 

Well, I don't have anything to do with the AIO Profiler anymore, it was sold way over a year ago.

I do not handle any of the transfers however, in this incident I've decided to bump into this since you and Image have both dragged me into it.

I don't personally recall setting up a beta testing profile channel but I did release a ToB profile back then, but it's still hard to confirm. I honestly cannot confirm, I've checked my BTC transactions from back then, I have nothing from that date +/- 7 days. I've checked.

 

1. Found the purchase from 2024 using Whop.com with a debit card purchase - I'll send a full page of the bank statement from that time with some purchases redacted to Sythe moderators if needed.



2. Turbo, you're a rat and have shit business practice. Using me stating $300 instead of $200 as a way to state I didn't pay is fucking wild. In addition to you saying that I don't have roles in the old discord when no one else has roles in the old discord for lifetime is shady as shit. Fix yourself.

 

Weird, he finds his payment method and received the roles. Just like its been for anyone else.

 

Weird how you have such poor business practice you have access to all transcripts accessible to people with lifetime - some of these contain PII such as names/venmo accounts/RSNs.

Youd have to be logged into my discord to see the link, you clearly dont know how it works, channel was created and put in the admin section, settings didnt sync, please stop acting like a child. you finally pulled up your payment method and got your roles and still carrying on like no other.

 

This is incorrect because I went through those links and you can check on a separate account as well. I mentioned Venmo specifically because you posted your venmo account @ in one of them.

Before you call me a liar or say I 'clearly don't know how it works' here is an example with no PII in it.



Anyone with access to those links can access the transcripts, which is why that's an issue.
