    Explanation of the trade:
    Huncho was advertising a huge sale in his discord, PVPStore, and was selling a lot of unique accounts whether they were regular accounts, ironmen, HCIM, or trophy accounts. I was specifically looking at the 1500 total ironman accounts for the advertised price of $175. He said they were in high demand, so they went up to $250. I negotiated to $225 and he said okay, but he also stated the account won't be done until Sunday, Wednesday at the latest and to get back with him over the weekend. Weekend came, and the discord was disbanded and no word from him at all. Talking to a couple people, he said he exit scammed and left them some messages as well.

    How they scammed:
    Exit scammed. Disbanded the discord and left everyone in the dust. "robin hooded from the masked man" as he said to someone.

    I don't have any physical evidence from the trade ingame, but do have a screenshot of my BTC trade with his BTC wallet. I rather not post that unless it is deemed necessary. I got a lot of positive feedback about PVPStore so I went through the trade. I did buy an account on Nov 4, but made sure I had the account before anymore transactions were made. I changed the info. Obviously I thought it was legit so I wanted to make another purchase. So Nov 7, I made a purchase for another 1500 total iron account. THIS was the account, which I was also told he didn't have any of these accounts anyway.

    Regarding the in-game payment of 1b 07;
    Due to the lack of chatlogs and evidence of delivering the gold in-game, there is no way for staff to verify this side of the payment. We will not be able to hold @PvP Store liable for this amount without additional evidence, nor will this portion be eligible for a Community Repayment. However, in the event that @PvP Store pays their debt and requests a pardon, they will need to address this.

    I've gone ahead and issued @PvP Store a 3 month ban as punishment for scamming and the DNT will remain. @NoTorva I am sorry for your loss here.
