    Explanation of the trade: I worked for the user "luckycharm" for approximately 5 months as an Old School RuneScape (OSRS) account builder. During that time, I adhered to the agreed-upon terms and never used plugins that could harm accounts.

    Explanation of the trade: I worked for luckycharm for 5 months, building OSRS accounts under his supervision. During that time, there were no major issues until recently. Suddenly, luckycharm accused me of using bots on his accounts — a claim that is completely false.

    He runs a plugin called Safety-Plugins in his worker Discord, which he encourages everyone to install “to keep accounts safe.” Here’s proof of that: [Redacted]

    Where does the accusation come from? I’m in several plugin Discords out of curiosity, but I don’t pay for any subscriptions nor use bots. I found a launcher called Vitalite that had a woodcutting plugin I wanted to try on my own alt account — but I couldn’t install it. Safety-Plugins blocks other plugins from being added to the .runelite folder. Despite this, luckycharm insists I used Vitalite on his accounts, and his admins support this baseless claim.

    On October 29, Safety-Plugins stopped working and wouldn’t let me log in. This happens often when luckycharm updates the plugin: imgur.com

    The real issue was my old laptop — Runelite wasn’t updating properly. I had to format it. After that, everything worked fine and I continued training without problems. I had been working on these accounts for 3 months with no bans or issues:

    On October 31, luckycharm suddenly changed the passwords and removed me from the accounts without warning. There were no bans, no rule violations, and no server policy against being in plugin Discords — most of his workers are in bot/plugin servers: imgur.com imgur.com

    He took 7 accounts from me, all nearly finished (most were Obby accounts with 97–99 Strength). Why wait until they were nearly done to remove me? [Redacted] [Redacted] [Redacted] [Redacted] [Redacted] [Redacted] [Redacted]

    His excuse: I was “using bots” and “in plugin servers.” But he clearly waited until the accounts were nearly finished to accuse me and avoid paying the $600 owed. He even admitted his accounts haven’t been selling well lately: imgur.com imgur.com

    After I told him I would report him on Sythe, he suddenly allowed me to finish the final levels: imgur.com

    Hypocrisy: Luckycharm himself uses plugins like Piggy-Plugins, as seen in his own Discord videos: [Redacted] [Redacted] [Redacted] imgur.com

    Important note: At no point did luckycharm or his Discord server rules state that being in plugin or bot-related servers was prohibited. Many of his workers are in such servers, and there is no written policy against it. This makes his accusation even more baseless and opportunistic.

    Despite everything, I’m still open to resolving this fairly. I understand both sides may have lost money, and I’m willing to accept a reduced payment if it means closing this issue respectfully. Luckycharm previously stated he would pay something for the work done, and I hope we can reach a reasonable agreement.

    Out of the 7 accounts I trained, 2 are still alive and nearly finished. Their final value is approximately $150. I’m willing to accept a reduced payment based on this, and I hope we can reach a fair resolution. I’m not here to escalate unnecessarily — I just want to be compensated fairly for the work I did.

    Conclusion: Luckycharm falsely accused me of botting to avoid paying me $600 for nearly finished accounts. He has no proof I used Vitalite or any bot — only that I was curious about a plugin I couldn’t even install. He manipulated account locations, caused bans, and now refuses to pay. This is a clear attempt to scam me.

    Let me reply plain and shortly and get to the point and the facts.

    - We were warned by our developer that made our plugin that @HCIMBOSS was trying to load our plugin in macroing software called Vitalite. Then when that didn't work (luckily because our plugin only runs in RuneLite) she decided to ask help on the Vitalite developer Discord where my developer is also in. Therefore, I was warned about malicious intend.

    The explanation for being so interested in plugins was for using "her alt account for firemaking"

    Well that still doesn't explain why she was trying to use our plugin (to access accounts) in Vitalite, and then when it didn't launch asked in developer Discords for help....

    Also does this look like someone interested in "running a firemaking script on an alt account"?

    Honestly i feel stupid for giving back the accounts and letting her finish them to then fire her. I felt bad after these comments:

    When RuneScape updated the plugin somehow didn't work for her anymore @HCIMBOSS while it was still working for any other worker (we have a discord of around 200-300 account workers).

    Well here is our developer reasoning why:

    It is blatantly obvious that there is malicious intend and things don't make sense as all of the sudden there is different clients being shown, then RuneLite, then a different client, and then Runescape is outdated (which happens only on third party clients since RuneLite automatically updates Runescape).

    The accounts then after "mirraculously" get banned for macroing. Which proves that there was macroes being used.

    TLDR
    - got caught trying to use our plugin in VitaLite & asking help to make it work in a discord server
    - is in many plugin servers for the reason of "being interested in doing wintertodt on her alt account"
    - when runescape updated wasn't able to play anymore (RuneLite automatically updates with game updates) which proofs a 3rd party client was actually being used
    - after many accounts got banned for macroing, which proofs that there were in fact macroes being used on these accounts.

    I therefore propose a counterclaim. It is 100% obvious that there was mallicious intend 345M OSRS GP was lost on these banned account which we gave as supplies on these accounts.

    Our current buy rate of gold is 0.135$/m = $46.57. We want to be refunded this either in USD or OSRS GP.

    I don't feel the need on paying the account that were pending as well. They are worthless as it's blatantly obvious macroes were being used. If moderators deem it necessary that we pay for those then i propose to deduct the OSRS GP we lost of the banned accounts from those accounts payments. But i really feel that this shouldn't be the case.

    @HCIMBOSS I really hope you learn from this and that there is no such things as "quick and easy money" hard and honest work goes a way longer way and it shows.

    Learn from this and move on with your life.

    Update:
    One of the "locked" accounts has a macroing ban as well. Causing the total damages to be 425m OSRS GP now or $57.38

    This is the only account that was left. 65m osrs gp in supplies were used for this.

    This was the account agreed upon and payment:
    90 ranged, 94 magic, 42 defence/strenght, 45 attack, 22 prayer, animal magnetism, lunar diplomacy, full void ranged, waterfall quest, dragon slayer 1, nature spirit, tree gnome village, the grand tree, monkey madness 1 (choose stamina + strength option)

    I'm the developer mentioned by Lucky. Just here to follow up with some of this.

    1. I initially caught him asking for help in VitaLite discord to launch LuckyCharm's plugin a month or two ago. I only even noticed it was Lucky's plugin because of the obfuscated name of the plugin in the error log he had posted & I keep record of this for debugging purposes while we are still ironing out all of the kinks. When confronted, he explained it was just curiosity so I forwarded the information to Lucky and said he should keep his eye on him in case there are an abnormally large amount of macroing bans or locks on accounts he is completing.

    2. The claim of "being in discords for curiosity" is a bit farfetched when you were a subscriber to Storm Client and had used their plugins in the last month. Not to mention you were in 13 different botting plugin servers that I was able to find. I could go down the list an confirm where you have/had subscribed if this would help.

    The reason this even got you caught up is because you were using what seemed to be an unapproved client that bypassed various security features - which you did me a favor I was able to prevent use of the plugin on more unapproved and/or outdated clients so I thank you for that. What it had looked like to me was you were using a client/launcher that doesn't launch the latest subrevision of runescape/runelite and you accidentally asked for help where you're working instead of wherever the actual issue was coming from. What really had me confused was the lack of exceptions being thrown in your logs. The "bug" you were experiencing would not be possible on an up to date approved client (runelite), and they would cause very specific exceptions to be thrown that would appear in the runelite logs (yours did not include any)

    Because of the inconsistency, I further questioned and asked for more information and your screenshots took longer and longer to come back to us. I suspected this was to hide whatever plugins you were running prior to experiencing issues. Across your provided screenshots, a large number of plugin hub plugins were suddenly visible in the client further raising suspicion because first screenshot seemed as if no hub plugins were installed and you were running on a nearly vanilla runelite client - your bug would not have been possible if you "Freshly installed runelite" as you claimed. You receiving an abnormally large amount of macroing bans when other workers aren't is not a coincidence.

    I’m here to publicly clarify several points because LuckyCharm and Piggy have been spreading false information and making baseless accusations.

    While resolving an issue with moderator Graff in the worker server, I was asked to provide multiple screenshots of the Runelite launcher. I was being accused without any valid reason, and the evidence clearly shows I was using the official Runelite client. I own two computers, and LuckyCharm assumed I was botting simply because of that—an absurd claim, especially since I explained that I work from home with my husband.

    I also sent Graff a video showing me opening the original Runelite folder, where the “securite-plugins” error persisted. I initially thought the issue was with my Runelite installation, since the plugin worked fine on my other computer.



    About two months ago, I spoke with Piggy because I wanted to use a plugin for woodcutting or something similar on my alt account. I mentioned I was having trouble installing “Vitalite,” and Piggy told me it wouldn’t work if “securite-plugins” was installed. As everyone knows, Vitalite is incompatible with “securite-plugins.” Without that plugin, I can’t access any of LuckyCharm’s accounts. I’ve never purchased any subscription from Storn or ThePlug. Since you’re a moderator or friend of theirs, ask them to provide a screenshot showing I ever bought a subscription from them.

    LuckyCharm can monitor all his accounts through “securite-plugins.” So you’re telling me that after all this time, you couldn’t find a single piece of evidence showing I used plugins or scripts? Your intentions are obvious—you waited until the accounts were nearly finished or reached a decent level to take them away and use the excuse: “Hey, you’re botting, you’re fired.” Why didn’t you do that two months ago? Your accounts aren’t selling well, and it’s clear you planned to blame me once the accounts were ready.

    The accounts were fine the entire time. No bans, no infractions. So why didn’t you fire me after they were completed? Instead, you took the accounts and ran. Was your plan to finish them yourself and then sell them?

    After I said I would report you on Sythe, you suddenly changed your mind and asked me to keep training a 90–99 Ranged account because, according to you, its value dropped after you registered and changed the password. Honestly, I’m not responsible for your impulsive actions, LuckyCharm. That’s exactly why you’ve had so many issues with people. You clearly don’t like being taught life lessons—do you also hate when Sythe moderators give you one?

    It’s unfortunate that LuckyCharm behaves this way. My advice to the community is to be extremely cautious when working with him. He will look for any excuse to accuse you and avoid paying. I tried to resolve this privately, but his arrogance makes that impossible. It’s even more disappointing that Piggy joined in and accused me without presenting a single solid piece of evidence.

    I request that Sythe staff review this case seriously and take appropriate action against LuckyCharm and Piggy for defamation, abuse of power, and theft of accounts.

    Lol, I'm just a contracted plugin developer that reported suspicious activity to my client, can't really be mad that I'm concerned with the security of a product that was paid for. You trying to load the plugin on an unapproved 3rd party client seemed sus, I reported it to Lucky, then months later you come up with an unusual bug that nobody else was experiencing on legal clients.. and here we are.

    @LuckyCharmGold @HCIMBOSS - Sorry for the delay, but based on the evidence provided here there is not enough proof to determine that @HCIMBOSS was using bots on the accounts.


    @LuckyCharmGold revoked @HCIMBOSS's access to the accounts on October 31st, but gave access for the accounts back to @HCIMBOSS to finish training them on November 1st. I do not believe that if a business owner had proof of a worker botting on their accounts that they would return access back to them. @LuckyCharmGold all of the evidence you provided here also occurred prior to you giving access to the accounts back to @HCIMBOSS.

    There is also not enough proof to determine that @HCIMBOSS is responsible for the bans on the accounts. The screenshot evidence shows that one of the accounts received a macroing major ban on November 1st, which is the day that @HCIMBOSS was given access back to the accounts, despite your suspicions. This could have been a delayed ban, but there is no way for staff to determine when or who caused this.


    To conclude;

    If there is no additional evidence to support the claims here, @LuckyCharmGold will need to reimburse @HCIMBOSS for the work completed on the accounts before the bans occurred.

    If you two cannot come to an agreement in regard to the amount owed, staff will step in to assist.

    Luckycharm accused me of using bots on the accounts I trained for three months. However:

    • He uses a plugin called safety-plugins, which allows him to monitor account activity in real time. If I had been using scripts, he would have had direct evidence from the start.

    • No clear, irrefutable proof was ever presented—only vague suspicions.

    • The server rules do not explicitly prohibit being in plugin or bot-related servers. In fact, around 50% of the workers are also in such servers.


      The accounts remained in perfect condition throughout the three months of training. If bots had truly been used, Jagex would have detected and banned them much earlier. The bans occurred after luckycharm:
      • Drastically changed the passwords and VPN location.

      • Returned the accounts only after I mentioned filing a report on Sythe.

      • Acted evasively and mockingly when I asked for explanations.


      • I worked consistently and responsibly for three months without receiving any prior warnings or complaints.

      • When the accounts were banned, luckycharm refused to offer any compensation—even though his own actions triggered the lock and ban.

      • I informed him that I am a mother and that this situation directly affects my livelihood. His response was dismissive and sarcastic.
        • A fair and impartial review of this case by Sythe staff.

        • That luckycharm provide technical evidence to support his accusations.

        • A reasonable compensation for the time I worked and the losses caused by his negligence and false claims.
        I trust Sythe will handle this matter with transparency and justice. I am fully willing to cooperate and provide any necessary information to clarify the situation.

    It’s important to highlight that none of the accounts were banned during the three months I worked on them. The bans only occurred after luckycharm took control, changed the passwords, and drastically altered the VPN location. Originally, the accounts were being trained from Germany, but he forced a switch to the United States. This sudden change triggered a lock on the accounts. Then, just minutes after the staff recovered the locked accounts, they were banned.

    This sequence of events strongly suggests that the bans were not caused by my actions, but rather by luckycharm’s abrupt and suspicious handling of the accounts. @LuckyCharmGold @Zulu

    The only “evidence” luckycharm presented was that I allegedly tried to install Vitalite on my PC. However, this does not prove that any script was ever executed on his accounts. In fact, the developer who created safety-plugins—the system luckycharm uses to manage account access—clearly stated that Vitalite cannot be used with safety-plugins.

    Without safety-plugins, I had no access to the accounts, since I never had the login credentials or Gmail information. All of that is 100% controlled by luckycharm’s staff.

    This creates a clear contradiction:

    • Luckycharm claims I used Vitalite plugins on his accounts.

    • His own developer confirms that such usage is technically impossible under their system.


      It does not surprise me that luckycharm is trying to avoid paying what is owed. From the beginning, he showed signs of being extreme and reckless, even attempting to take the accounts without paying me and disappearing with them. Based on his actions, I wouldn’t be surprised if he faces similar issues in the future.

      What I am asking for is fair compensation for the work I completed and for the damage caused by his poor handling of the situation. He acted irresponsibly with the accounts—taking control, making drastic changes, and doing whatever he wanted once he removed me from the project.

    I have reviewed the additional evidence provided by @LuckyCharmGold and discussed this with other staff.



    Regarding the Terms of Service violation:

    The terms of service pertaining to this situation (#7 pictured here), is far too vague to be upheld in this situation. The evidence provided shows daily Runelite screenshots of levels gained on the accounts, but this does not account for any breaks or changes in activity between the 24 hour periods that may have occurred. All of the evidence provided to support the TOS violation also occurred prior to @LuckyCharmGold giving access to the accounts back to @HCIMBOSS. If there was an issue with the TOS, it should have been addressed before allowing @HCIMBOSS to complete the accounts.


    Regarding the account bans:

    As I mentioned in my first reply, there is not enough evidence to prove who or what caused the bans on the accounts. To the contrary, it could be speculated that the unofficial Runelite safety plugin provided by @LuckyCharmGold could have potentially triggered a macroing major ban.

    With the above in mind, the original ruling will stand. @LuckyCharmGold please work with @HCIMBOSS on an agreement regarding payment for the work that was completed.

    Lucky paid me $250 for the work I completed. Honestly, I wish I had received more, considering all the trouble this caused. But at this point, I just want to move on and leave this issue behind. If things had been handled properly from the start, none of this drama would’ve been necessary.

    Thanks to Zulu for the support and for helping me resolve this.

    To anyone considering doing business with LuckyCharm in the future: proceed with caution. :) @Zulu
