    Eldorado scamming with their sellers.

    i bought an oldschool runescape account in eldorado.gg description says it comes with full access, when i bought it i went directly into acc settings to check if email is registered into acc, and yes it was registered, i tried to create the current ingame email to gmail.com but was already in use by someone so i couldnt which is not full access account might be hacked or stolen and now they try to sell which is not safe.
    i have videos of chats here, even tho i had 5 days shield on payment by eldorado.gg they did not dispute the order it took them 3 days or more and they emailed me dispute lost.

    i have maximum rank there, and they try to scamm me.

    Hi, I was the seller in this order; and I'd be happy to shine some light on it.
    I operate as "Animes" on Eldorado.

    This customer purchased an OSRS account from my store on Eldorado, you can see in their evidence; that right after purchase, I offered them a registered email change link, and as-well asked them to import the account to a Jagex Account.
    This is to do a few important key things:
    1. The registered email change link gives them what is known as "Full Access", because their email becomes the registered email to the account; letting them do password changes .etc
    2. Importing to a Jagex Account makes the account nearly immune to locks, as-well as third party recovery attempts; which is standard practice in re-selling accounts, since the new owner will have a different IP than the original owner as-well as seller; making the account prone to locks.

    I went back and forth with this buyer for over a day trying to change registered email to theirs, and they kept saying over and over again; that because the original email on the account (the one that was used to login) wasn't the same as the registered email, that the account was not full access - but this is simply not true; because the account was simply currently registered to a burner email address, which I had access to; and was ready to change to the customers. I've attached a link of this straight from Eldorado staff: Screenshot This is because when dealing with account re-selling, you can't rely on the original owners to do email changes for your customers .etc; it's better to have full control of the account you are selling - so burner email addresses are used to hold accounts before customers purchase them.

    Instead of taking the registered email change and importing the character to a Jagex Account, the customer instead rather; opened a dispute and tried to argue the account was not full access, in the dispute; while Eldorado Support was in the chat - I told him I was ready to change the registered email to his at any time, and would recommend importing the character to a Jagex Account as-well after changing to prevent locks; the customer chose to stick by the dispute, and not change the registered email.

    I knew the customer would lose the dispute, so I kept pasting in the chat the TOS of Eldorado; basically showing him in advance that he would lose the dispute, that this account did indeed fall under the definition of full access.

    Around this time, Eldorado Staff entered the chat and said this: Screenshot "full access means the current email + access to it."

    When the buyer still wouldn't take delivery of the account after Eldorado Staff chiming in, they lost the dispute; since I attempted to deliver the account as described, with full access.

    After losing the dispute, they started threatening me - as-well as Eldorado in the chat and I actually replied still by offering them a registered email change lol.

    Also worth pointing out, that while EldoradoGG owns the platform; I was the seller, so I'd like to take full responsibility here. I'm confident to take this, because I know I did nothing wrong.

    Also worth noting just for the record, that after losing the dispute - the buyer said they were going to hunt myself & eldorado staff IRL.

    In short, you choose your lane to be Eldorado and not Sythe.
