Just to clarify - the report mind maker submitted isn't true, i registered all current batches we had ongoing as a result of the previous completed batch getting registered, and plan to rule by Sythe's ruling on this. I just have had this batch registered by him or his worker, and 2x rc accounts also got registered prior to this and did not report at the time as I believed it to be a one off, and am trying to minimize any potential losses on my end as I do not know what is going on with the accounts he serviced.

@ToaKits you mentioned on this report that you registered the emails on this batch of accounts.

If there is anything in the terms of service agreed to regarding early termination of service on your end, please provide it here.

If there were no terms of service agreed to regarding this then you will need to pay @Mind Maker for the work that has been completed, if you do not wish to continue the service. You can discuss the amount owed with each other and if you cannot come to an agreement regarding the amount owed, staff will step in to assist.

Yeah accepted if toakit want continue we can if want to pay as progress no problem

Reported one of mindmakers comments with the info needed to determine the payout on quest cape accounts and multiple GM quests not even being started / completed, I urge mind maker to not leak more usernames like he already has. (Fire cape, MA2, d def, torso included in not being completed)

edit:

Sorry torso was NOT part of original deal.

I have spoke with @ToaKits and @Mind Maker and they have agreed on a price of $940 as payment for the work that has been completed on the accounts.

Please confirm here when the payment has been sent/received.

This has been paid, please keep in mind this was not a scam at any point, I registered accounts that belonged to me and awaited sythe mediation, abu was aware of this and submitted a scam report regardless, due to me submitting one on 12 accounts getting registered that he completed.

Received payment matter solved

Thank you both for resolving this, I will go ahead and close this report.
