I want to confirm that I only use my mobile phone's shared data connection (hotspot) to connect my laptop to the internet. In my country, this is the most economical and viable way to access the network consistently. Unfortunately, I do not have a traditional residential fixed internet service.
I apologize for not being aware of this IP connection policy initially. My sole intention is to operate legally and transparently within the forum, without attempting to evade any rules or cause the slightest issue.
Since I can only access the internet through my mobile network, I understand that my situation falls under the 'exceptional cases' you mentioned.
I am immediately willing to provide any additional documentation necessary to verify my identity and address, such as proof of address, mobile service bill, or identification, so you can verify my legitimacy and remove the TWC tag.
