TWC Dispute

Hello Staff,

As I already explained, my internet provider does not issue proper internet bills. They only accept cash payments every month, so it is impossible for me to provide a bill that matches the ISP. That is why I offered to share my screen live with you to prove I am not using any VPN/VPS.

I am posting from my home IP right now, and I am sure this is the same IP I used when I created this account. If for some reason it is not the same, then I request that you please confirm to me what IP I originally created my account on, so that I can make a dispute using that same IP. I have no issue doing that if needed.

I only want to resolve this fairly, and since I cannot provide a bill that doesn’t exist, I am asking that you please accept this IP I am using now as my home IP. Please let me know how we can finalize this so the TWC can be removed.

I wanted to ask if it would be acceptable for me to provide a screenshot from WhatIsMyIP.com that clearly shows my WAN IP along with the current date/time.

I am also posting here from the same home IP so you can already see it on your side, but I am willing to provide the screenshot as extra verification if it helps. Please let me know if this would be acceptable to resolve the TWC.
