STEP 1

On this page, you can upload a picture

OR
Pick one from the gallery! (You can make more than just Lolcats!)

STEP 2
Add captions to your picture!
Once you've picked your picture, you should have something like this on your screen:

Here you can add captions, and make it look something like this:

Submit your picture

Submit your info and it may be added to the front page of www.icanhascheezburger.com !

I would feel the website in itself was self explanatory, but your guide does use pictures and is structured OK. Overall.. It's OK I suppose.
Don't get into a habit of writing guides on such obvious subjects.
