Invalid

Hello, I recently made a purchase on Chicks Gold for several 3rd age item including pick axe and Druidic robe top. This was on an account I purchased from Chicks. The account has several billions on it for some time, but only after my purchase with Chicks did all the sudden everything get removed from my account, no ban no Jagex warning. I brought this to Chicks awareness and they responded with they “don’t know”. I told them how I believe they hi jacked me considering it’s an account I bought from them. I filed a cash app dispute and was denied, however, Chicks Gold REFUNDED the $2,348.99 for the pick axe after I stated I would make a Scythe report if the money wasn’t returned. They are now refusing to respond to me or refund the $822.07 for the drudic top. It’s clear they did this, or why would they refund the pickaxe if they didn’t?? Now I just want my $822.07 refund from Chime from them. I’ll still be out several items I bought from them in game with GP, but ALL I want is this last refund from them and I will be satisfied. I’ve used Chicks many times and I am so disappointed in them. Refunding the pick axe was almost as if admitting they did do this. Thank You for taking the time to read my dispute. Please advise.
