banned for more then one account...

i said in a post i used to hav e another account and forgot password and i have pmed mods and even added phil on msn and i couldent get it back.
so i made this account k0unit and i got ip banned for telling the truth.

can i at least have one account? i have never scammed anyone. and well i can get on here anyways so i dont understand why i cant have a account.
