Why you think they're violating Sythe rules:
They are violating Sythe rules by using stolen intellectual property without permission. These graphics are my original work and Arctic Hall is using them without licensing or credit. This is theft and unauthorized use which breaches Sythe’s rules on scamming & plagiarism.

They have been notified yet refuse to remove or replace the assets, claiming they are "waiting for a developer" or "an order to come through". That is not a valid excuse. Continuing to operate while knowingly using stolen content is unacceptable. If they cannot make the necessary changes immediately, they should suspend their operations. Alternatively, if my original client agrees, Arctic Hall can pay fair value for the graphics they are using but until that is settled, the stolen assets must be removed.
