Explanation of the trade: gave him $46 for 2 (two) max melee accounts, $23 each and haven't heard from since.
How they scammed: did not reply for hours after payment sent.

after a couple hours, he has messaged me back notifying me that his internet had issues. he has delivered the two accounts and i can confirm theyre sold as advertised, thanks. Can resolve issue
