Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: My previous internet connection speed was low so i decided to change my internet connection, now I will always use to this network.
Link to previous disputes: There is no prior dispute.
Anything else you wish to say: I just want to say that I am not making a good impression with TWC rank, please remove it so that I can work and provide my services without any problems, If I need to change my laptop or internet connection in the future, I will notify you first.

For better feedback customers safety is our first priority.
