Explanation of the trade: Won Giveaway Torva Set My friend come to receive a Giveaway from him. He told him that it was an Alt Account. Then he gave him a Banned from the server and everything for no reason. We do not know why he gave him a Ban. This is not fair. How does he win? When he wins, he bans him. Reroll it. He was telling him that he is the King of fast. Who is this man? We will not know him.
How they scammed: He didn't want to pay me Giveaway.

Good evening,

The user that ''won'' this giveaway is entering giveaways on who knows how many discord accounts to increase his odds of winning this giveaway.
A few minutes after this person won the giveaway, a random person made a ticket saying he enters giveaways in multiple discord servers on multiple discord accounts.

There was no proof from these accusations, so I decided that I was going to pay him anyways. When I went to meet him ingame and he gave me his runescape name, I decided to search this runescape name in our discord server. Funny enough I found a person who operates under this same name on discord as his rsn and is in every single mutual server as the other person and these are all servers that do giveaways aswell (check pictures below).

After finding out about this and having evidence, we concluded that we were going to reroll the giveaway as its obvious that he was blatantly cheating. I would like to add that this person has threathened to report us on this platform multiple times since this incident happened and has harrassed me and the Kizaro worker discord from multiple discord accounts to still try and obtain the giveaway items in days time.

I would also believe that this person making the report is the exact same person as the one that won the giveaway, although he tries to pretend like he is someone else and this is for his ''friend'', they write in the same way and are ''both'' writing english in a very poor manner. Also here he made the mistake by writing that I didnt want to pay HIM the giveaway instead of his friend. ''How they scammed: He didn't want to pay me Giveaway.''.

He says that random people are the ones who told him okay and it is clear that in this picture the one who told him bas been banned from sythe also I tried to make something clear to you what you are saying that King Of Fest are the two of them the same if you invite a friend to my server and you win and you called your friend so that he takes the money will he say no to you or what so why reroll again and also I tried to make something clear that the person who won seems like he is fake because he opened once when he took the money and it will not open again.

just read the report and saw cj already replied, but wanted to add a few things real quick:

we already paid the Torva set to a regular player who actually deserved it. we’ve hosted a lot of giveaways and every single one has been paid out in full to legit winners, no issues.

that said, i’ll go with whatever you decide here, no problem at all.

at this point, pretty much everyone knows that "rolex" or whatever his name is is likely just an alt, even a scammer or leecher trying to farm giveaways. even if there’s no hard proof, it’s kinda obvious what’s going on.

but like i said, whatever you decide bro, i’ll respect it and follow through. it’s not about the money, it’s about principle and not letting someone just come in and try to scam me.

Okay Kizaro I won't talk about what you said to me but this was a person and Wins Giveaway and you wouldn't want to pay him I think you guys enter Alts Giveaway and you want them to win I don't want to say this but I will say it because you're cursing me and saying I'm a fraud why would you do a Giveaway and you don't have money to pay him.

And for this reason also you can tell me why when this person wrote Paid I will not see him open again from that last u paid him.

Thats 100% Is Fake It won't open for 4 days and when he Wins Giveaway opened at the same time to receive the Giveaway

 

Also This Guys Not Accept Tos In Server If U Go up to the top and you will see that all of the winners they Accepted Tos

Also The Guys Whose name is Finn Yota I would like to say that this person also won and he should have been paid I will explain something to you When he did the giveaway he asked everyone to enter this server only and did not ask to enter two servers.

Also If u click on this edit u will see He Is Post Giveaway 4/16/2025 And He Said Must Joined One Server
Then some people entered the Giveaway and entered the server that Kizaro had posted at first. This was all he wanted. Before the Giveaway ended, 3 days later, he put another server here.

Dm in Whatsapp and called and then proceeds to show evidence of discord dms. What im really wondering is, as soon as I mentioned a reroll, your friend threathened to report me on sythe, then days later you do a report ''for'' your friend on a just registered sythe account, im guessing he is banned from sythe? Or how does that add up?

Truth is, we dont care about this money. We will respect and follow whatever the Sythe's staff judgement is. This is also the last response we will give regarding this case.

Even if we lose this case, im hoping we could pay the sythe community with this amount and pay people with this money who actually got scammed instead of someone just tryna leech giveaways with cheating manners @Kanye
