Explanation of the Trade:
I am filing this report against GPSwap and GBY, for scamming 57.55$ worth of RSGP through misrepresentation, deceptive practices, and refusal to FULLY refund services that were:

• Paid in full in advance
  
  
• Never used in full duration
  
  
• Partially refunded with an arbitrary value far below the actual market price
  
  
• There were no Terms of Service stating the service could end without refund
  
• He stopped responding after I asked for what was rightfully owed.
  
• This is not just poor business practice — it’s a deliberate scam.
  

Timeline and Breakdown of Events:

1. GPSwap was responsible for operating the KoS hosting calculator required for hosts to function. Without purchasing access, a host couldn't operate. Payment was mandatory.
   GPSwap confirmed the tool price as $90, but charged us far more, using hallucinated GP rates (e.g. 07 at $0.132/M, RS3 at $0.011/M). He accepted RSGP upfront via KoS Wallet and only refunded me $186, refusing to refund the full remainder despite services being cut short.
   
   
2. I paid the following amounts in advance for each account:
   
   • 7894M RS3 ($126.3)
     
     
   • 679M 07 ($122.88)

RS3: 0.016$/M, 07: 0.181$/M from trusted merchants.to pricing at the time he reached me for a refund.

The services were terminated early due to internal disputes (e.g., KOS vs RuneCade drama), yet services I paid for were not delivered. Below is the remaining time left per rank and value per service:

He has done neither and refuses to respond, while other hosts are in similar positions, with some possibly not refunded at all.

You are correct, I did cut corners to speed things up and estimated some of the data within a rounding margin, despite it not being common practice to refund service charges (paying with RSGP instead of crypto), nor is it common to refund software licenses after EoL, we have decided to do it anyway, sorry I did not reply to your discord message, I have been very busy, I was gathering the most accurate numbers I could to get back to you and fell asleep.

I have recalculated the exact times remaining along with RSGP paid at today’s rates (higher than yesterday and significantly higher than when you did your purchases) I had assumed rounding up time remaining would equal out with the service charge of paying with RSGP however I was proven wrong.

Your offices refunds equated too:
Guan ($106.51), Luigi ($5.63), Mario ($63.29), Ninja ($16.98), Sir Claw ($25.40), USP ($27.44)
Totalling $245.25
A shortcoming of roughly $59.25 from what I had sent you of $186.
I have sent the remaining $59.63.

I have also done the same recalculation and shortcoming payments to all hosts who have allowed me to refund them.
I have not asked for repayment from those overpaid.

 

Thank you for finally replying — but let’s not pretend this was out of good faith. You only responded after a Sythe scam report was filed, not when I reached out to you on Discord yesterday.

Let’s call this what it is:
A calculated stall tactic until the pressure became too great to ignore.

“It is not common practice to refund service charges (paying with RSGP instead of crypto)...”

That’s your justification?
You willingly accepted RSGP, quoted a tool price, and never once presented a Terms of Service (ToS) stating that:

• Services could end without refund
  
  
• RSGP would be valued at absurd internal rates
  
  
• EOL (end of life) cancels all obligations

You had no system in place to secure users. You simply took the money and when things collapsed, you played victim to "confusion and busy life".

Clear Violations & Intent

These statements are direct admissions that you:

• Overcharged hosts intentionally
  
  
• Falsely inflated time values
  
  
• Refused refund until caught

You only made repayments after the scam report went public, and even then, your math was based on convenient current rates, not the rates used during the original transaction.

This isn't generosity — it's keeping ill-gotten gains from users too busy or unaware to fight back.

We know other KoS hosts who still have not received refunds. They were either:

• Told to wait
  
  
• Not paid the full amount owed
  

And many of them may never come forward — but that doesn’t make this less of a scam. It makes it systematic abuse of your position, profiting quietly from silence.

This is no longer just a personal refund issue. This is multi-user exploitation, deceptive trade, and selective damage control.

Request to Sythe Staff:
We are urging staff to take this seriously:

• GPSwap ghosted multiple users

• Manipulated refund amounts
  
  
• Only responded after public exposure
  
  
• Continues to hold funds belonging to other users
  

There is no ToS, no transparency, and no fairness.
