Explanation of the trade: I purchased a lvl 124 account from Nettuno through Discord. I verified it was him through sythe message as seen in the message here: https://imgur.com/a/payment-sythe-confirmation-RSp4EO. I was assured that he was the original owner and had the information necessary to recover the account should anything happen. We agreed on a price ($580), I paid, as seen in the images I linked, and I received the email, password, and account name. I received the account, verified it's the correct one, and then changed the passwords on the email account as well as the jagex account. I then changed the jagex email to another email of my own.

Few days later, my jagex account is disabled and I lose access to the account. The account was not banned since I can still see it on hiscores. I reached out to him to recover the account as he has recovery responsibility for a month according to Sythe rules. He had 3 different attempts, each one being denied by Jagex, which leads me to believe that he was not the original owner and did not have the proper information required to prove original ownership. He was the one who filled out the recovery form each time.

1. The email account he said was the original did not have any emails in it. It was completely cleaned, so there's no way to know if it was truly the original email. The only two emails that I found in the trash were from the day before I purchased the account. It was a login verification from Italy and then a verification from Lithuania 2 days later. He said he was on vacation in Italy. Furthermore, I discovered that this email was linked to another account that had been perma banned for RWT. I can provide proof of this. I was not told about this prior to purchasing the lvl 124.

2. When I first asked him for account recovery information, he provided a different creation date of the account than the date he put in the recovery form. I know this because I got the email from Jagex with the information he provided them.

3. Jagex's response shows that they do not believe he is the original owner of the account and therefore denied recovery of the account.
