    Encyclic requesting repayment
    Unfortunately, your repayment request will be denied as Kolsd was permanently banned from sythe at the time of the trade.
    Kolsd was permanently banned on November 25th, 2023 and the trade (according to the tx link) happened on December 2nd, 2023.
    I spoke with a few other staff members regarding this and we all agree on this decision.
    Staff reserve the right to deny repayment requests at will and have the final say on what repayment amounts will be.
