After i bought the account:

24 hours after I bought the account, I had someone try to sell me the account that he just sold me when i explained that it was already my acc etc he showed me this ss..

48 hours after the account was purchased it got banned:
Keep in mind i didn't even log in, i had him log in and meet me ingame then used highscores.

I’d like to address the accusations made against me and clarify the situation with the following points:

1. Account Sale & Transfer
   • I successfully sold the account to RW Shop and provided full access, including login details.
   • The buyer confirmed receiving the account and had access to it.
   • I had no further control over the account after handing it over.
   • And here you can see i am not able to login the account

2. Regarding the Account Ban
   • The account was not banned at the time of sale.
   • Bans can occur due to multiple reasons, including the buyer's activity or prior account history.
   • I was never contacted about any issues before this report. If the buyer had concerns, they should have messaged me directly first.

3. Alleged Re-Sale Attempt
   • I had no involvement in reselling the account after selling it to RW Shop.
   • If someone else attempted to sell the same account, I am not responsible for their actions. because i didn't even had the access to the account after sale.
   • I request proof showing that I was the one who tried to resell it.
   • and the screenshot he sent and saying that guy tried to sell him the same account. TWT (2nd person Discord Name) came to me and asked the price of account and here you can see what i said to him

4. Lack of Communication Before the Report
   • RW Shop never reached out to me before making this scam report, which would have been the proper first step.
   • If they had concerns, they should have contacted me so we could resolve the issue privately.
   • while we were talking suddenly he said that refund my money because you are reselling my account.

Hello moderators, you can clearly see he follows up when he msged the other guy 50 min later saying he doesn't acc have the account that's after i confronted him so he did that to cover his ass.

After i confronted him if he wasn't guilty why would he go message tmt saying that bs.

This is clear scam, kids a rodent i just want my money back, also keep in mind he's lying about the email setting shit, that is the login email is the one set


Second keep in mind i asked for a partial refund because i was paying hime xtra to do a service and i wanted to not have him log on the account further when i realized he was a scammer and limit my losses

 

I acknowledge that I sent a message 50 minutes later, but that alone does not prove any wrongdoing. RW Shop is making assumptions without any real proof. A delayed message does not mean I scammed him—it simply means I was handling other things at the time.

If RW Shop truly believes I resold the account, he should provide actual evidence of me doing so, instead of relying on a single message taken out of context.

RW Shop is claiming that someone else tried to sell him the same account. However, the only way he could know the login credentials is if he had already purchased the account from me—which he did.


Let me make this clear:

• I only sold this account once, and that was to RW Shop.
• I have never resold or recovered this account, nor do I engage in such practices.
• As RW Shop said that someone else tried to sell him the same account, then he needs to provide proof of who that person is.

If RW Shop can name with Chat and provide evidence of this supposed seller, I am happy to check my chat history to see if that person has ever even contacted me. But until then, this accusation is based on speculation, not facts.

I request the moderators to ask RW Shop to provide actual evidence, not just assumptions, and to judge this case based on real proof, not claims without substance.

Your screenshot shows the same conversation at 3:02 - 3:05.
❗ How did the timestamp magically change?
This proves that you took that screenshot yourself, meaning TMT is either your alt or that someone is also you.

Misleading Accusations & False Context
As a bulk seller, I keep stats pictures to show potential buyers similar accounts I can create.
These are just stats pictures, not login credentials.
❗ You're trying to call me a scammer based on two out-of-context messages while providing ZERO proof of your own.

The fact that the account appears on the OSRS HiScores is undeniable proof that it is active and not banned. If the account were banned, unranked, or had never played OSRS, it would not show up at all on the HiScores board—this is a well-known and verifiable fact.

Since the account is clearly visible with its stats intact, it confirms beyond any doubt that it is still in use, accessible, and not disabled.

 

It appears that the account was manipulated—possibly through the use of bots—to reach a high level, resulting in a scheduled two-day ban. Unfortunately, the account was sold before the cooldown period had elapsed, and it was banned within 24 hours of my purchase. Furthermore, I understand that there was an attempt to resell the account after selling it to me, which has further complicated the situation.

Given that the account has lost significant value and considering the issues encountered, I request an 80% refund. Otherwise, the account is effectively worthless to me. Additionally, I was compelled to set up an email address under duress in order to prevent a further loss of $70, although that was not my original intention.

I appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and look forward to your resolution.

Where is the proof? If the account was banned, you should provide a screenshot of the ban status from the OSRS Account Management page.
Without solid evidence, your claim is nothing more than an attempt to manipulate the situation to demand a refund.
No prior warnings. If this account had a scheduled ban, why wasn’t there any warning before your purchase? That doesn’t add up.

2. "The account was banned within 24 hours of purchase."
False. The account is still visible on OSRS HiScores, which means it is still active.
If the account were banned, it would not show up on HiScores at all.
You’re contradicting yourself—claiming it’s banned, yet it’s still on the leaderboards. That alone proves you're lying.

3. "You attempted to resell the account after selling it to me."
This is a completely false and baseless accusation.
The screenshots provided prove that you took them yourself—which means either:
You are using an alternate account (TMT) to stage this dispute.
You or someone else is fabricating evidence to twist the situation in your favor.
Either way, you have no proof that I attempted to resell anything.

4. "The account has lost significant value, so I request an 80% refund."
That's not how this works. You bought the account as-is, and it remains functional and active.
I am not responsible for what you've done to the account after you purchased it.
You are not entitled to a refund just because you changed your mind or faced an issue due to your own actions.

5. "I was forced to set up an email to prevent a $70 loss."
Setting up an email is a normal part of securing an account—this has absolutely nothing to do with your refund claim.
You’re trying to play the victim here to justify your false accusations.

Also, as clearly stated in our Terms & Conditions, "No Refund Will Be Made." You agreed to these terms when purchasing.

RW Shop Agreed to the Terms & Conditions

As seen in the attached order screenshot, the Terms & Conditions were clearly stated before the sale:



RW Shop made the payment only after confirming the Sythe PM, which proves he agreed to these terms before proceeding.

The Account Was Delivered as Advertised
The account was handed over in the agreed-upon state. Any actions taken afterward—whether bans, changes, or attempts to resell—are outside my control and responsibility, as per the agreed Terms & Conditions.

Hello sir, first of all he posted screenshots himself proving that he was trying to resell the account.. why is he sending screenshots of the accounts stats that he sold and telling someone else the price of the account after it's been sold according to his own time stamps that he posted.


Finally, you can see in the conversation he posted he agreed to get the magic level and prayer level on the accounts, which he didn't do, it was included for free.

There is no way this isn't suspicious behavior, you won't ban him and he'll scam someone and i'll comment on that report that you could've prevented it by paying closer attention. I don't even care about the money, matter of fact take it from him and give it to someone who needs it. But leaving this rodent on the platform to scam the next vicitim is not cool

RW Shop is now making public false accusations on my profile in an attempt to damage my reputation. As shown in the attached screenshot, he is posting baseless warnings against me even though the dispute is still ongoing.

I request that these false comments be removed and that RW Shop be warned or restricted from further defamation. This kind of behavior is clearly against the forum rules, and he is only doing this to manipulate the situation in his favor.
