need some help regarding a lost city transaction

Need some insight on this as I was only mmming this sale.

I have a buyer in my discord who wanted an account with 1.2m + a lost city account. He has payed for the account, before he did anything we made sure the password on the discord and the email was changed so the supplier had no access to the account.

The customer also spent about 30 minutes to change all passwords, and then finally towards the end he says the coal is gone, after confirming the coal once or twice in the server.

You can't simply log into the account anymore or change the password, lost city accounts are attached discord accounts, and the gmail that was attached had no security attached to it at all. He basically had 100% access to the account once we sent it to him.

The only reason i wanted account with gold on is because i got banned 3x times before due to RWT so this seemed safer.. One trade for 1.5m previously was with abyssal with no issues (except my ban which is no ones fault i understand that)

To add context.. the Gmail and discord where in spanish so i had to change them over to english so i could understand it and then changed passwords and set up authenticator on the email.

I then did the same with discord changing the password and set up 2fa on that too.

In this time i did check the account and try to stay logged in, the coal was there. this is true.

I then changed the password on the account while i was finalising the things on discord.

In this time the account logged out, when i tried to re log in with my new password.. I could not access the account... I then went to the security centre and reset the password and logged in..

As i went to sell the items which the money was in i realised they had been taken off..

Originally abyssal informed me there was no way to change the account password if i had the discord and email which left me very confused.

I then tried to change my discord password and see if the game let me change the password to the account without having to re log in via discord... IT DID LET ME DO THIS..

Therefore i know for a fact the scammer selller did infact sell me the discord allow me to change all the details then kept the page open to change the in game password to take the money off the account and leave me with a useless account, discord and email.

YOU DO NOT NEED THE EMAIL OR DISCORD ACCOUNT TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD IN GAME IF YOU HAVE LOGGED IN ALREADY PREVIOUSLY.. Meaning you CAN change the password of the lostcity account even if you dont have access to the discord or the Gmail account if you are already logged in.. even if the passwords are changed on everything. I did not know this and it is a stupid system.

I changed the password 3 times on both discord and the game and it just allows me to do it without having to re log into the game.

I have evidenced this one time in a video i will link below and then delete for the mods to see.

I want it to be known that I don't usually do account trades for lost city, this is the first of its kind, I always pick up gold myself and do the transfer myself.
