Explanation of the trade:

I paid 550M for 80-90 slayer to be hand trained via their ticket system.

How they scammed:

The worker was playing 12-16 hours a day and the account was permanently banned this morning while he was logged into the account. I originally thought he was a super trainer, but now I've lost my account and realized he was not superman.

NEW INFO:

My report was originally ended due to no proof that my account was macro'd on while being serviced, and leaned against my side due to a previous 2 day ban on the account. I tried to explain that because I received a 2 day ban, I needed to service the rest of my account. I found Onyx, and their worker macro'd on my account resulting in a ban.

There's no proof of their botting other than my account was banned, until now. I submitted an appeal and mentioned my account had been hijacked, as the IP wouldn't be my home and I should receive the account back. This morning, my account was granted back to me via the appeal. I'm requesting my money back for the services (3 slayer services) I purchased that were clearly botted, and compensation for my account being permanently banned. The worker clearly needs to be booted.

Having your account back isn't prove of anything but you an expert of what you're doing with bots.

30-Sep-2014 you already had final ban for macroing major (ban) which is the exact same ban you reporting us for.
and guess what ? your account was still alive for you to bot on it again at 01-Jan-2025.

it looks like you're very expert about what you're doing either to bot on the accounts or to get them back after botting on them.

Anyways i dont have anything else to add and ill let a sythe mods to decide how this should go and i'm willing to cooperate with whatever sythe mods decides.

 

My account being granted back is exactly proof of me not botting it. I am not an expert, I used a ghost mouse and got a 2 day ban after a week. I then decided to buy services because this was my very first account in 2008 and I want to use it (hence the user login).

1.) This is just a list of offences that are 10+ years old. The 2014 permanent ban was was purchasing a Sythe service 11 years ago (for void) and the idiot botted it. I didn't know how to report then, nor did I care. Jagex released in late 2015 an option to have your account unbanned if you were hijacked & suicide botted on. (A different IP). The account has been unbanned since late 2015. Nearly 10 years.

I've just explained the 11 year old ban, no need to reiterate that. I am not an expert, I am just a victim to your worker who got my account perm banned while playing. His 16-20 hour days didn't make sense but I thought maybe there's more than one person in his house or something.

You brining up 2008-2014 offences that are expired and quashed, aging 10+ years does not have anything to do with my account being permanently banned while under your workers authority.

I want my three slayer services refunded, and I expect some sort of compensation for getting permanently banned for a week while getting lucky that I ever got my account back.
