Explanation of the trade:

I paid 550M for 80-90 slayer to be hand trained via their ticket system.

How they scammed:

The worker was playing 12-16 hours a day and the account was permanently banned this morning while he was logged into the account. I originally thought he was a super trainer, but now I've lost my account and realized he was not superman.

it appears that the customer has been already banned 2 times for botting before using our services , as well as item/password scamming.
* Customer started using our services @ 17 January 2025
* Customer was banned early January 2025 for Bot Busting.
* So looks like he is bot-user trying to scam us.

3) As onyx services we always keep a close eye on our workers and always asking for consistent updates to avoid having any issues with our customers accounts , your accounts are our responsibility so we wont hesitate taking action against any rule breaking.

4) Rule #7 at our tos says that are No refunds/compensation will be given if your account is banned or muted for any reason since we won't type in game on your account or do any trades or do any illegal activities and we complete ALL orders manually.

it is up to sythe now what should be done , i have put his other order to pause.
and i'm willing to give out his orders payments to any of his victims that able to prove that after paying my workers for the services that has been done.

 

Responses to Onyx claims, numbered:


1) All clients including illegal ones that support RL take these pictures the same.

2) Our services started Jan 17th. The expired offences are between 11-16 years old. They do not apply here. The account received a bot busting 2 day ban in the beginning of January as shown. Your services started on Jan 17th and lasted barely three weeks. The account has been logged in 12-16+ hours a day since the start. Yesterday's session was nearly 20 hours long.

3) I don't necessarily think you had something to do with this personally. The order we placed before this with another worker had zero issues, start to finish. He didn't "play" 12-16 hours a day. We didn't receive any bans.

4) Your TOS does not apply if your worker used macro's to train my account. This is not a mute offence.

5) I do not have any outstanding debt. Mods can decide how we solve this. I am not leaving the server and writing this one off. I found your services on Sythe, so the report is made here.

 

I don't feel that's fair on my end.

The account received a two day ban for simple ghost mouse scripts prior to our services. Once the two day ban was received, I had to start paying for legitimate services due to how far along I was on the account with stats + quests. I was unwilling to lose the account at this point. I also had 140M bank that's gone + 6 months of time.

I had two current orders going on this morning, both doing slayer, by two different workers. I will try to make this simple for an outside person to understand with ease.

Servicer #1 trains account #1 for 70-80 Slayer. Completed, great service.

Servicer #1 trains account #2 for 70-80 Slayer. Currently in progress, no issues.

Servicer #2 trains account #1 for 80-90 Slayer, and I'm banned within a week. He played more than was seems physically possible and ultimately got the account banned. I've attached a picture here showing him stating "IN" (starting) at 9:49AM EST yesterday, and he was still training at 11:26PM EST, and he was still logged in at 2:30AM (EST) when I logged off to go to sleep. That's 18 hours straight and the levels / XP show for it.

It's clear that Onyx himself is not the person using the bot, and neither is "Servicer #1", but Servicer #2 got my account #1 permanently banned while under his control.

Onyx currently intends on refunding half of the GP I gave them for these services, on both accounts. I want refunded or replaced for my account that his Egyptian worker lost for me.

 

After doing the math , We owe McCune $56.64 for the undone work.
i have informed him about that amount and he asked to take them as gold , i'm waiting for him to come online to take his gp.
$56.64 @ rate .16 = 354m. and thats because our system is USD based.
but doing the math of how many the customer paid "in gp" then we owe him 372.15m as he asked.

 

we have not agreed yet as he isn't answering our messages at the ticket, but 372.15m is the exact amount of the undone work and even a little more.
Currently waiting for his reply.
