Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision: While I agree that we handled the situations poorly, as far as I can see Zulu has issued the TWC as the user possibly would not have received a refund without his report creation.

While this is partially true, I am here to show that I intended to refund him right after the ban, but I was not able to due to Sellix being taken down. If anything needs to be refunded I use the refund button within our webstore so that we do not lose out on fees and such.

Due to Sellix being taken down our focus shifted entirely to get things back up and running as soon as we can. I simply forgot to dig through the ticket for his LTC address as I did not have it at hand (usually all handled fully by the store front) and then the thread was opened the day after we got our store back up after two full days of work.

Either way I respect the decision, to @Zulu thank you for handling the report case. Whichever may be the outcome of this dispute I will understand. This is just to confirm I did have the intention to refund Cadbury.
