    Explanation of the trade: I paid $15 for 1 month access to their botting platform. Sellix was down so I done this through their discord ticket system and paid in LTC.

    How they scammed: I got banned on osrs for using their bot for just 1 day I was frustrated and posted it on their discord. Then they banned me from their discord stopping me from using their bot for the remainder of the period.

    Nowhere does it say I can't get a refund nor they can stop me from using their service anytime they want and nowhere does it say I bot at my own risk even after advertising the safest platform. I paid for the service and I want to use it for the full period. Either give it back or refund me.

    Other relevant trade screenshots: I am banned from their discord that's where everything happened. However I can show proof of transaction and proof Moeinich sent me his LTC address.

    Hi Zulu,

    I certainly can. For each order they explicitly agree to ToS that we are not responsible for any account bans. It is, after all botting which you do at your own risk. Nowhere we state that we are 'undetectable' or are ban safe. I can provide full logs of his purchase ticket where we even explicitly state we have not seen bans in a while, but did clearly admit having bans during the huge wave late December / early January.

    The same policy also applies to a no refund policy. Any sale is final. The reason he was banned from the Discord is his overall language and behaviour. Multiple of our users complained about him which lead to his permanent removal.

    He had an issue with the Agility script which seemed like a local issue, no-one else had the same issues. The user in question was asked multiple times, about 4-5 times to open up a bug report thread in our Discord to get it resolves. However the user never did and only kept complaining that 'it didn't work' on a near daily base.

    Now I am happy to send over a refund, even though technically he does not have the right for it as he agreed to the ToS when ordering.

    I sent you a Sythe DM, also you were asked to show your TOS instead of lying, like how you lied on your vouch page. Make sure it you show it as a gif/video so nothing is edited.

    You might as well show the full convo that happened in your discord because not once was my behaviour rude, in fact you were rude by calling me a liar and idiot.

    I can't believe he came on here to tell lies. Show us instead of lying.

    If there was any ToS that states you can stop me from using your service at your discretion, no refunds and botting is at my own risk then I'll happily accept you can close this scam report and NOT refund me but there isn't.

    Surely, he should be punished for lying instead of trying to cover his image and let other people go through what I went through.

    Hi Zulu,

    There was a slight oversight on my end. Technically Cadbury did not agree to it. Seeing as we used Sellix before (which has been taken down) the payment and subscription was taken manually by my partner. Therefor he might never have seen the ToS.

    The refund has now been issued, and have asked Cadbury in his PM to me (where he sent over his LTC address) to confirm it here once all the confirmations are through.

    As a small addition to this, the ToS I can not show in this case with a date before this occurred since that our entire store front on Sellix including that ToS has been taken down by the FBI seize over Sellix.

    All I can show is a ToS we have up currently in the new store front (and now also Discord) which I guess doesn't relate to this case.

    This guy is the biggest liar I have ever met. His old website on Sellix had no ToS at all, I can't believe he's lying about this. Furthermore, he said he has put his ToS on his new store that he just recently created (Cart – Mufasa) However, he's lying again there's zero TOS here's the proof:

    Lastly, his new website/store is a copy and paste from his old one. If his old one had any ToS it would of been on his new one (It's a clear copy and paste because everything is identically the same as his old store) check it out now before he changes it. I can't believe he's lied this many times it's unreal it's clear as day he's got something shady going on and just likes to benefit from the vulnerable. Luckily I reported him but I feel sorry for all the other souls that got trapped by him. You've lied a total of 21 times in the 4 posts you've sent in here, have some shame.

    He can't keep getting away with this.

    the old site was a Sellix storefront, the new one is based on WooCommerce which are entirely different. It’s not a copy and paste. Prices have also been adjusted of the quarterly, semi-anually and annual packages. The privacy policy was entirely changed. The ToS are also on the new webstore and are required for ANY order done through the store. This case has also thought us that all orders are required to go through the store moving forward to avoid being in this same situation again in the future.

    Also, wow you changed the backend from sellix to WooCommerce and changed some prices. Your front-end is still exactly the same as your last website, stop trying to scam people.

    I'm actually in disbelief here, you literally lied AGAIN and tried covering it up. I just knew you'd do it as well from your track record of lying hence why I went and got proof of everything on your website and discord. Anyone can go look at the pictures I attached to my last post and see how blatant you lied. Have shame and stop scamming.

    You do know the frontend was entirely in control of Sellix, and we could only change the products and the looks?

    On this new site, which we host ourselves we have full control. Either way I’ll wait for Zulu to respond, seeing as you cannot be reasoned with at all.
    There’s plenty of customers which have been with us since a year ago. This is the first time we’ve received a report against us and handled it properly by offering the refund right away.

    Yes mistakes were made on our end, I can easily admit that. Decisions were made without making them across both owners. This shouldn’t have happened and put us in this situation.

    you can call me a scumbag all you want, I am however not even the person that handled your order.

    ask our subscribers and I am certain they’ll tell you a complete different story than the shitshow you are putting up here.

    Okay please tell me this. Why did you say your new site had ToS when it didn't? And you only added it in the minute I called you out on your lie. You seem to be dodging the main issue here of you lying.

    Truth be told, it was om the new site as of this morning. Moe had added the page. It was not set to be enforced yet (I also had to look over it still) and it has now been set to required. My words of choice might not have been the best.
    I have however clearly stated earlier in this thread that you technically have not agreed to any ToS technically as you never purchased via the storefront (Sellix at the time, which was down).

    there’s no denying that fact indeed. The ToS is also linked in the Purchase channel once I push the new embed to it, which will be tomorrow morning. This however does not matter as it is required when purchasing on the webstore, which is the only way we’ll process any order moving forward.

    I have actually just remembered something. In the ticket that I used to paid, I showed a full video of your old website sellix not accepting payments. Why don't you show us that video :)
    It will confirm if there was any ToS on your previous website :)

    And don't say you deleted the ticket because you literally admitted to going through it today to see if I accepted any ToS

    @MufasaClient @Cadbury18 - After reviewing the evidence here, it is clear that no set Terms of Service were agreed to regarding this trade.


    I do see that the refund has been issued, however I am going to issue @MufasaClient a Trade with Caution (TWC) rank for poor trading practices as @Cadbury18's access to what he paid for was revoked and probably would not have been refunded if this report had not been made. You can dispute the TWC within 30 days, or request a removal after 30 days here.

    @MufasaClient in conclusion, please ensure that you have a clear ToS outlined for these situations before revoking their access to your services.
