I broke the rule, because Montoya and me were using same IP at home, we didn't know that such a fact was penalized, I really apologize, and I want to continue with OSRS business. We have not shared IP for months, and it will not happen again, I hope you guys can forgive me and I promise something like this will never happen again.

The bill does not match the ISP you are posting from and I also was unable to find any information on the ISP that was on the bill. Are you sure this is the correct bill? Are you able to provide the website where you pay this bill?

I manage the conversation via WhatsApp, this was the last payment from last month, the name internet provider is: [removed]

About the transfer, my friend who has a bank account makes the transfer to the agency, and I send proof via WhatsApp.
