Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision:

Our sports betting providers have their own rules, just like we do. Using multiple accounts for sports betting is against the rules, and we have all the capabilities to void bets. Our sports bets are never voided if the system fails to register this in time, especially in cases where the bet has already been placed. In this report, the bet was placed using multiple accounts, but the bet was voided before it started, and when the player noticed that their bet was voided, player made a withdrawal from our website.

In my opinion, the DNT status was applied to us completely unfairly.

Speaking about the most recent reports, which were approximately 8–9 months ago, we have completely revamped our cashier team, and now there are no withdrawal complaints. As far as we have seen, we have not had any complaints or other reports for a long time. The last report was this one, for which I am now filling out this DNT form.
