Are there any guarantees from the Sythe forum that the seller will actually sell it to me, and if he does, that he won’t take the account back by using account recovery after a month or more?

 

The seller agrees to the deal via PayPal, but at the same time requires you to select the following in PayPal, quote:
"Choose Friends and Family when transferring - Also let me know when complete"
"Its just so you dont get charged with tax"
"Bro Ive always used friends and familie so has others. Dont waste my time more than you altdy have."

I read on PayPal that this is a typical scam method: "If a seller is encouraging you to send a 'Friends and Family' payment when you're buying a good or service, you should refuse. You could be dealing with a scammer who knows that your payment won't be covered by our Purchase Protection if it's a 'Friends and Family' payment".

The seller does not agree to any payment methods that would give me even some kind of guarantees. He does not even agree to a middleman from this forum.

 

So this is likely a scam.
