Reporting a Scammer - TBaxter

This user was buying neopoints from me. I'm fairly new here, so I agreed I'd go first. We agreed we'll do 2mil a time, him sending $17 after each 2mil. The first 2mil were sent successfully, he payed me and all that. On the 3rd time, he said he had problems with paypal, and when I refreshed my paypal, he had claimed, on both payments he sent, that the item was not delivered. He did not even pay up for the last 2mil I sent.

After all this, a few hours later, he wanted to arrange things with me. He said he wanted to scam me, but wanted to give me some money back. So he asked me to send him another 2mil, and he'd cancel the claims. I asked him to cancel 1 trade, I send the 2mil, and he cancels the 2nd one. He agreed, but I did not go trough with the 2mil. I didn't trust him obviously. Proof is shown below.
