    Had a report up for chicks a week ago? heres another, more $100 VIP payments they auto add even without you checking the box.. i went to there chat again this morning to be told 'we will add balance $100 worth we're sorry" then on his next breath because i said during the time it was taken we could both see the payment had been removed, i went into an overdraft on my bank due to not enough funds as i only put enough in there to cover my phone bill, then he says 'sorry nothing we can do goodbye' i ask 'can i see the manager'? he said 'i am manager nothing we can do bye' after he offered me alternatives to refund it then changed his mind, im SICK of having to come to alternative websites to report chicksgold everytime they scam somebody... seems to be happening constantly

    its so fucked up with this website (chicks) you have to constantly put in reports to get your 'own' money back..

    Follow-up on this situation

    My name is René Gruning, and I am reaching out on behalf of Chicksgold regarding a recent case involving one of our customers.

    The customer in question made a purchase back in February, during which they opted for a free trial membership along with their gold purchase. This option could only be selected by manually toggling it during the checkout process.

    Recently, the customer has requested a refund for the membership charges. However, due to bank policies, we are unable to process refunds for transactions that occurred over seven months ago.

    Resolution:
    In light of this, our team has already provided compensation by crediting the cost of the membership, along with an additional bonus as a goodwill gesture. Screenshot - be2c036fdfa238cea329f207888c468b - Gyazo

    And just to clarify, he's referring to the same case that was already addressed, same case that we compensate and refund via osrs gp no new or extra charge was done recently, this customer has been harassing our staff and threaten with blackmailing over the past week for situations that were already solved

After we negotiated the trade, they made comments in the chat suggesting dissatisfaction but did not acknowledge the compensation we had already provided

    Those rsn as he said in other case are probably from member of his clans.

    Absolute lies, you've taken over $300 from my bank in vips i didnt sign up for, u refunded '100' what about the other 200? as for harrassing ur 'staff' ur staff dont reply at all, they treat u like shit, go on trustpilot and see the thousands of bad reviews on chicks gold 'they must all be lying'

    yes u cropped the screenshots send the full chatlogs? u offered to refund me then changed ur mind within secounds and said nothing we can do, hold on il get the full screenshots..

    About the chatlogs is the continuation of the chat that you cropped but forgetting that part.

    If want to solve it show us the 300usd that we charged to check the case as this a new charge that you are mentioning now

    Look i want 'my' money back for a vip i didnt subscribe to.. anyone here can check on trustpilot your website is doing this to EVERYONE.. if you're so right and im wrong why not post todays chat logs of where ur worker says 'oh we can give u currency or ingame gold.. we're sorry about this' instead of denying it happening and sending some old chat logs from weeks ago.

    Alright that was today, the only reason we said that was because you came with an anonymous profile trying to get something again when we already compensate you for everything, once we notice it was you again we stopped because you have been doing so for days now, there was only 1 charge on february and was already retrieved to you + compensation gp for the ban that we don't usually cover, we provided every solution possible to you and the situation was settled.

    u didnt compensate nothing u compensated the first time u scammed me for this vip bullshit i thought it was only a one time thing now it turns out its been multiple times on any account ive used on ur website see the video i sent? the person was looking into the 2nd time?

    And how is giving somebody there 'money back' compensating anything? thats ust called doing the right thing because you scammed them.. its not like you dug into ur own pocket and made it happen

    i have muliple charges on both my emails of this VIP shit and u have the proof 'you admited it in the video chat' i uploaded but instead you're here... 'well show us then!' not wanting to release that yourself because u know im right, i even had one of ur discord staff look into it this morning and they said let the chickshold support handle it? but they do nothing but ignore chats all day.. i reached out about this 2 days ago and the chat is still on 'seen' but no reply.

    we are waiting for you to post the other charges done for the vip you're saying with date in the photos and order id, you haven't posted any kind of evidence to proof what you're saying, we'll wait for sythe staff to reply, and if it's necesary we'll provided all the evidence needed in order to to make clear that no extra charge was done since then.

    i posted all i need to post, u backtracked twice now and submitted old photos, anything i've sent it from today.. and the cashier clearly was going to refund me untill he changed his mind randomly and decided to try scam me.

    reason i came to ur chat 'also in the video' 'could u check this for me' since i didnt even know what it was from' and your 'team' (of clowns) found it and identified the issue, from this 'vip' they claimed that.. hows it my fault you dont update records now your using old scam photos of weeks ago as proof for something that happened today? now it makes sense as to why your website is blackmailing people to remove reviews..

    He literally checked it on chicksgold chat, and admited they took another $100, was going to refund me then said to make a dispute about it, its all there on the chatlogs and dated.
