    So this morning £100 was removed from my bank buying gold, They traded the wrong account i went to website the cashier was oblivious to it all, And apologised for charging me for months of $100 vips that i didnt buy... i back tracked down my bank app to find out there right.. so they've been taking 100s off me over the months passed.. and now today another 100 and they've given the gold to the wrong person?
    i went to site they told me '2 hours an accountant wll be online... i go back 2 hours later now there telling me 'its weekend wait till monday'. i've had to close my bank and everything over this.. im down 100s to this website and i cannot get the cashier to get me in contact with a manager didnt want to come to sythe about it i just know they sell on here too..

    I'm really sorry chicks but this is your website and you need to see how the cashiers in the chat honestly treat you like shit..

    there all obviously aware there adding auto vip to everyone who shops there i only go there for gold not a $100 VIP they add without you even knowing.. i had no idea its been going for months...

    So in other means ive had to close my card due to all this being taken out.. so i've got no money over christmas, The gold i was getting got traded to another person.. and ive been charged an additional $100 for a vip i didnt even know i had.. nor did i tick the perrson literally said to me 'oh it auto adds it to your account once purchasing...

    Cant talk to anyone on the website other than the current cashier theres 3 people online he wont let me talk to managers he just says this..

    Hey there. I hope this message finds you well.

    My name is Roger, RS Sales agent of Chicks Gold in charge on that shift.

    • The situation has been resolved with the customer, he has been reimbursed his funds of $100 via in-game gold, the customer agreed to receive it in gold as he could not receive it via his bank/card.

    • The order in which there was a misunderstanding about “they've given the gold to the wrong person” was also redelivered as there was a difference in RSN and miscommunication at the time of confirming the trade. Also with this he was given a 55M bonus due to the problem he had with the previous agent and this delay on the order.

    • Two days ago the client present and I personally had a conversation due to the fact that he had been “permanently” banned from his main accounts as an act of good faith and to continue doing business as a repeat client as he had been 500M in gold was given as compensation. We don't cover bans but understanding the customer's situation he was compensated as an act of good faith and I introduced him to the different delivery methods so he can use other methods to lower the risk in trading.

    • Regarding the problem with the Sales Agent, all this has been communicated within the department and to the company's management, on which action will be taken internally.

    We will attach evidence of the chat with the customer as well with the trade.

    Why is all the screenshots of the cashiers trying to help visual.. where is the ones of the cashier previously laughing at me for being scammed.

    Just as a clearer view for the mod who reads this, my accounts was chainbanned due to there mistake.. if it would have happened on a usual normal trade it would be ok.. but they admited using a supplier account to deliver the gold, and said its there fault, and he automatically added the '55m bonus' to shorten it down i was banned because they used a level 3 when it states the website only uses level 80s/meds. and they believe 55m makes up for a loss of 9 accounts, one being a 2277 maxed main due to there mistakes

    With everything i've posted here - waiting for a mod to respond, IF anyone reading this its obvious chicks is cheap gold sure but if they ever make a mistake just know you aint getting any support for the mistakes 'they' make, Chicks has been known now for years and its obvious to every buyer they hire the cheapest of the cheapest workers to run the website while the owners sit blindsided by it all, As for RogerJR08 he dont even work there, One of chicks staff basically said hes somebody who just helps out in the discord (also buys from chicks) so its also amazing to know chicks staff also leak 'private' chats to random helpers on discord with no role or rank, But you dont need me to tell you, Just google chicks gold there rating is high due to the reason on Trustpilot they reply to your messages then report it as 'spam' so its deleted keeping them a positive feedback, 'if' you're consistent enough and stubborn enough to repost it they will then have a 'sales' manager who claims she dont work there to contact you via discord or email, to blackmail you with a little bit of 07 gp 'due to being fucked over' and you will see it as your only option due to the neglect of all customers who visit chicks and accept it - kind of like they have to me on a few trades that went wrong due to there mistakes..

    @Yakaoshami - Unfortunately RWT bans are a risk that users take when they RWT. There are many different factors that could cause a RWT ban, and it appears that this was already negotiated when they gave you the 'bonus' with the refund. If you had additional concerns you should have brought it to their attention at that time before accepting the refund.

    I am going to close this as a 1350m 07 refund was agreed upon and delivered.
