    On 19/12/2024 I paid 950m GP OSRS for 160 CG kills on my ironman account that had 1850 total with 230m+ bank. A worker "CYGOPAT" accepted the service and completed 16 kills then logged off approximately 7:14am after getting 16 CG kills.

    At approximately 7pm I searched my username on the highscores to see if there's been any further kills however it come back to "no results". I therefore tried to login as I though CYGOPAT changed my username and realised that my account was banned for 'macroing major' at 08:59 (2 hours after CYGOPAT logged off).

    I complained in the discord ticket and tagged @Manager multiple times to no response. The only time the two managers responded is after I went on the Lucky Charm website and complained in the live chat. Lucky finally responded (I understand he was travelling so that's not a problem) and said that it must be a 'false ban' as his workers don't bot. I told him the chances of a false ban are really low but he was adamant that I appeal it.

    Lucky attempted to login to the account to make it look like I was hacked then made me appeal saying that I was hacked/phised - this is despite Lucky stating that it was a 'false ban'. I appealed the way he wanted to which was declined this afternoon.

    Lucky is adamant that it wasn't his staff member that botted. I told him screenshots don't mean anything as most bots/plugins work on RuneLite which he didn't believe, when I posted a screenshot from a plugin provider confirming that the bot runs on RuneLite he didn't respond to that message.

    Lucky refunded me my 950m however is now stating that it's a 'tough pill to swallow' and has offered me a starter HCIM skiller which he's selling for $249 I believe. I obviously don't want this, this is by no means a good offer for me plus buying accounts is not safe.

    The T&Cs are literally written so Lucky takes no blame for any bans/mutes on customers accounts but has no proper way of checking who's doing the service and if they're legit (screenshots don't prove anything).

    In the last two days two more people have complained about getting bans on the Lucky Charm discord and everyone's been told that it's 'false bans'. I don't understand how everyone can be falsely banned and the service takes no responsibility.

    Furthermore I told Lucky and the manager's not to close my ticket while the dispute is in place but of course they closed my ticket, probably hoping I haven't screenshot anything (which I did of course).

    Just to clarify my 950m was refunded this afternoon, Lucky is claiming it's a false ban as the worker has provided screenshots of the kills but refuses to believe you can bot on RuneLite (I have screenshot of this as well but don't want to post too many screenshots).

    At least two other people have complained about being banned immediately during/after services being completed. Lucky is offering a HCIM which I obviously don't want. I'd rather take GP as it's not safe buying accounts and I don't know how the account was trained.

    Many people use Sythe to find services and it's unfair that the T&Cs are so that Lucky takes no responsibility for anything, basically happy to take money but when something goes wrong blames it on Jagex. I find it hard to believe so many of us get false banned during services, I've never been banned before.

    This is more of a dispute. Lucky takes hours to respond and I will rather get help from the moderators on Sythe to come to a conclusion than go back and forward in discord with Lucky. If I don't get any compensation then it's not the end of the world but I (amongst other people who've already said on Discord) will not be using Lucky anymore.

    To add to this just yesterday a worker of Lucky Charm took multiple accounts ransom and dropped billions of GP on multiple client accounts due to Lucky not paying her, which again proves the caliber of workers hired.

    I will accept a GP compensation, obviously if Sythe mods believe that it's suitable and if Lucky agrees.

    I am trying to solve the situation. It is very unfortunate and very hard to find a solution for this. I offered free accounts of any stock that we had instead Gurs wants OSRS GP or OSRS Items, which i am also willing to offer. It is christmas holidays and i am not glued to my PC currently. I am still trying to resolve the situation with him where both parties are happy. But he made the post, then took it down then waits for my reply and if i don't reply in hours he just creates the post again.

    I understand you’re on holidays due to Christmas (hope it’s going well) but your workers are still accepting jobs so I don’t understand why it takes so long every time you respond.

    Please let me know what you offer GP wise on here.

    I closed your ticket because we refunded the 950M (like you said) and everything in that ticket was resolved. The situation with the permanently banned account i wanted to resolve via DM's. My DM's are still open, so let's work out a solution where both parties are happy with?

    My workers, Staff, Managers any my Discord is operating 24/7. That doesn't mean that i am on my PC 24/7 as well. I hope you can understand that. Let's keep the conversation into DM's and find a solution

    Hi,

    I understand your concerns but from what I can see there is nothing that proves the worker in question was using bots. False bans so happen. We also can't exclude the possibility of another party (or yourself) having used bots prior to the service.

    These situations are quite unfortunate as it's very difficult to prove anything. You've mentioned there have been other people with similar issues. You can ask them to make reports as well, so perhaps a pattern can be found.

    You're entitled to a refund for the remainder of the service. As a refund has already been issued, any further compensation is entirely up to @Lucky Charm.
