Context and Summary:
Last night, while gambling on Sand Casino's platform, I encountered what seemed to be a bug that doubled my account balance. I can talk about it now as it has since been patched.

I performed a dh stake for 500 Coins (approx $100 usd), Won and proceeded to withdraw. I changed my mind and cancelled the deposit. At this time my balance doubled. Confused as to what had just happened I submitted and cancelled a withdraw, to my suprise it happened again, my balance had doubled... wtf?

Unsure if this was a client sided bug (thinking some weird inspect element glitch or something) i proceeded to submit a withdrawl for gp (This goes through @Apollo ) to my suprise this request went through. I went to the discord, asked if Apollo was around and then closed the ticket. No GP was taken and no cashout proceeded.

I then proceeded to try and cancel the withdraw through the website numerous times (it wouldn't allow me to do this, I also tried to open many chats with the live agent chat each one responding with a dead discord invite to add Sand Casino.) Being 11.50pm at night and work the next day I decided to call it a night and go to bed.

The next day when I woke up, I logged in to see I had been banned for bug abuse.

Mind you my "bug abuse" had consisted of the below:

The initial bug unknowingly
The bug repeated again because "uhh did that actually just happen"
A withdrawal request to see if the balance was even actually registered - NOTE: I Did not proceed with the withdraw, I closed the ticket on the discord server and attempted to cancel the withdraw, again no gold was stolen from Sand Casino.

So from this my legitimate balance of $192~ USD has been taken from me, meanwhile nothing was taken from Sand Casino and the bug has been fixed. I am requesting my legitimate balance to be paid out to me.

I have approached Sand Casino and he is unwilling to pay out my legitimate balance so I have brought it to Sythe for assistance in this matter.

• I have a history of legitimate use and positive vouches within the community.

Evidence:
I have full chat logs avaialble with Sand Casino and I am happy to upload the exported HTML dump or screenshots of these (There is a lot of screenshots.) to any Admins/Staff requiring them. I don't believe Sand Casino will deny these events but do believe he will disagree on the desired outcome unless prompted by Sythe staff to refund.

Desired Outcome:

1. Refund of my $192 USD legitimate balance.

I hope this can be resolved amicably as I value fair play and honesty and would like to avoid escalating the matter further.

@Sand Casino - Can you please confirm for the sake of the thread that of my balance $192 USD worth was from legitimate play i.e the 500 coin DH all in that I won.

I would also not liked to be tied in with the other Scam report, Those users actually abused the bug, withdrew gold and essentially scammed Sand Casino.

I didn't even play a single game nor repeat the balance bug once I realised what caused it.

I have also reached out to @Apollo So I can have logs provided of me essentially instantly closing the ticket and not proceeding with any withdrawal.

 

Yes you had a balance of $192 then doubled it twice with the bug and tried to cash it. The discord chat speaks for itself, just let the mods review it.

Here is more proof that he tried to withdraw it. No where does he mention he wants to report a bug.

 

Please note that is an automated message provided by the site when instructed how to withdraw gp I cannot access the page as I am banned from the site to show you but it essentially gives you a button to press that you paste into the discord chat resulting in that first message, I did not type that.

Notice I closed the ticket before any withdrawal or even response from Apollo.

 

Yes, you followed the instructions for a withdraw and knowingly sent that message. Not like it auto sends, weak argument.

 

I would also like to reiterate during this time live support was unavailable and I was unable to cancel the withdraw using the cancel button so the transaction was just left in a pending state. Apollo did reopen my ticket however I again closed it without trying to proceed.

 

No explicit ToS yet, but I think something like this is reasonably implied as it is the case on most sites.

 

Yes, his account was banned for bug abuse, and the balance was on the account.

 

Also he didn't "attempt" to abuse a bug, he abused a bug and tried to withdraw it. If we didn't have the proper security measures in place, he would've stole thousands of dollars from us potentially.
