You stated above that "If you already have a speed hack it's probably the one you have" which means if you did make it, you'd have to have distributed it to ALOT of people which would make you well known, and I'm sure most people haven't heard of you. If selling guides about runescape is prohibited, I can almost guarantee that they are here too. I've never seen anyone do it, nor seen any reason to do it. You can't speedhack without a program, unless its a glitch in the game, and if so many people know about it, I'm sure I would as I've been playing the game for almost 4 years now.

First of all that speed hack doesn't work and I know for a fact you can't find this on the internet, I've been looking for this for 2 years of playing and found it. Not everyone knows about it I was just stating that you shoudln't waste your time with this speed mod unless you don't have one already. And not a lot of people have this AT ALL. Again you know nothing about the game. Speed mods are usefull in swordfights and rumbles and in any piracy duty. Get a life and learn to hold yourself back when you know nothing on the subject pal.

About the link you posted. That is a totally unreliable sponsor-selling site that has you sign up for sponsors and then doesn't have a download, it's all for show. If you knew anything about mods or anything about this game you would know that.
