Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I did something i should not have done, in a situation that should not have happened.
I created a private script for someone, and then simply posted "Just finished a xxxx script for a customer, open for business!".
I then started getting DM's from people threatening me, this all happened because they thought i made a similar script for someone completely else with who i had no involvement in.

After a few threats from one of the persons I blocked him, but he then created an what i assume is alt account and started posting lies on my sales thread like "Bought a script from this user, it constantly breaks, he also blocked me after telling him this", stuff like that.

At this point i asked the original customer if he knew these people, and he responded that these people had doxed he's family.

This is where i panicked a bit, i unblocked the person, told him again that I didn't work with the person he thought i was working with, he told me again he doesn't believe me and that this will have repercussion.
I then sent him a IPgrabber, trying to "get something on him" to leverage my way out of the situation.
I mean it when i say that i didn't want to do anything with he's IP, the only reason i grabbed it was to get information on him before he got it on me, so that i could use that information as leverage to leave me alone (after countless tries of just telling him i was not involved).

I realize i should have let Sythe staff handle this.
The doxing story got to me, and i did something i should not have done in a heated situation.
The user in question apologized to me afterwards, since he then did realize i was not the person he thought i was.

This will not happen again.
