#2 Refunds are at our discretion, in the event you ask for a refund before we meet you ingame, you're eligible for 50% due to the risk of us handling the payment and moving items around.
#3 Payments are to be kept to tickets for transcriptions and message history. We are not responsible for payments handled in DM's.
#4 You must follow Discord terms of service.
#5 We reserve the right to cancel an order and return your payment at 100% if we choose.
#6 We are not responsible for imposters.
#7 You must not engage in any racist, political or hateful speech or behavior.
