    Detailed description of the events that took place and why you disagree with the decision
    -
    After failing to reply to this guy, I get reported. a $32 account - I have given the guy full information to the account. I had no intentions of recovering the account nor did I.

    Incident is 4 1/2 years old, I think it's unfair at the time I didn't login to reply to the report. I would of happily refunded him back. I have no other disputes against me with selling 5-6 accounts. See vouches.

    I have vouches, the guy who claimed I stole back a $32 account now has TWC himself. If my appeal is denied It's fine.
