Proof of contacting victims for repayment or repayment of victims: I have reached out to Macijuana, but as I have been banned and blocked from all servers containing him I cannot find his messages. I reached out before the Scythe report offering to repair the damage called, at which point he told me to fuck off.

Details from my side are included within the ban report. Whilst I take full responsbility for my actions, the report also outlines how at the end of the day, no malicious actions were actually partaken on my part. There were time periods where I had ill intentions, and I own that wholeheartedly. But the truth is I saw no profit, I never "cracked" any software besides changing the title of an ALREADY CRACKED plugin using ChatGPT to do so. I never sold, nor distributed this software, a worker of mine did, and as such there are 2 reports of users who purchased off my worker, which ended up linking back to me. I never once profitted from any sales, while the messages posted from Maci in the main ban thread paint me extremely negatively, I can provide the Sythe admins the entire chatlogs, which will show that while I had my bad moments, the ones will ill intentions aimed to profit off of the cracked software, they also reveal that I came to my senses, and stepped away, and refused to profit off of any of the sales, and refused to have CC involved with it whatsoever.
The only person who profitted was an ex-worker of mine, who was promptly fired without deposit refunded, and blocked on all socials.

In the meantime since this report I have stepped away from the OSRS service industry, doing the odd job on the side here and there. I have received multiple messages from users asking me to sell and distribute my "cracked copy" of WKs TOA, to all of which I have declined (I can provide proof if requested).

I have never once received a bad review for anything service related or in relation to Carver's Crucible, our vouches and reputation remain pristine. I have not taken this opportunity to exit scam my customers, nor have I tried to make an alt and continue services under a new name. I own entirely what I did, I reached out to try and negotiate reparations, and I have continued to follow all Sythe rules in the meantime. At the end of the day, I did not "scam" anyone, most importantly my customers, and whilst my intentions were wrong against WK, I did not follow through with anything, and cut all ties to those related. My one and only concern over the entire ordeal, was the fact that the ratted information sent to WK contained the usernames and passwords of many of our customers, the impact to me was secondary.

If this could be looked at through another lens, and considered that the code was already a cracked product, one that I had to search through its deepest obfuscated classes to find that it was WK's IP, I truly believe that my position, whilst not justified, is a lot more understandable.

If not, I fully understand. Once again, I admit my intentions for a period of time were wrong. However I also believe there is a difference between ones intentions, and ones actions.

I can provide proof of all statements made in this post upon request (as they contain senstive information, Eg. passwords/usernames, I will not be posting them publically here)
