Kinda. A pretty known service provider 'shamed' me for not just saying that I didn't know what happened and never should've told the truth to avoid taking responsibility. I didn't go that route.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
I provided a ToA kit service under the discord server Red Fox which was run by me as the sole owner. I accepted an order to be done by myself, but it got late that night and I handed it over to a friend of mine over Discord voice chat to do the service for me, where the following morning I found out that the funds were gone. I sincerely regret lying to the customer and never informing him about outsourcing it. While I didn't know who had the funds (employee or customer) it was ultimately my responsibility for the loss of funds and I should've communicated with the customer instead, so I'm really sorry for that.

I want you to know that at the time of the event, I almost just turned 17. I've been on the platform since I was about 14. I used to make DT 31 prayer accounts for Corby when I first started. I decided at 14 years old to make my service discord and sometime later, got a chance to work as a Manager for StartYourIronman. After that, I started working for VirtGold and reached even Head Manager position and I thank both of them for that.

I had my Red Fox scandal and it ruined my daily routine, before the DNT I was on Sythe every day and tried to cheat around the system to provide the best possible customer experience. In retrospect, I know that integrity and transparency are much more important. Next year I will be turning 20 and I work an actual job outside of OSRS funnily enough there are values to be learned. A level of maturity and seriousness is also granted when you're slowly going from a teenager to an adult.

I hope you can forgive me because, in the years of having lived life ever so slightly more, I understand the value of integrity, respect, and transparency through working in real life and just being older. My state of maturity is significantly different.
