3. Account Security
   For your protection, we require you to change your password before and after using our services. Additionally, monitor all linked accounts to ensure security.
   
   
4. Confidentiality
   All communications related to your order must remain within our ticketing system. We maintain strict confidentiality regarding your personal and order information.
   
   
5. Required Account Items
   Ensure your account has all necessary items for the service. If needed, we can obtain missing items, though additional fees may apply, especially for Ironman accounts.
   
   
6. Hardcore Ironman (HCIM) Disclaimer
   We are not liable for any losses, including character deaths, on HCIM accounts during our services.
   
   
7. Cancellation Policy
   Cancellations after payment are subject to a 15% service fee. The remainder will be credited to your account for future use.
   
   
8. Unintended Experience Gain
   We are not responsible for any unintended experience gains on your account during the service.
   
   
9. Account Access During Service
   To avoid complications, please refrain from logging into your account while our services are being performed, unless previously arranged.
   
   
10. Training and Progress Proof
    All accounts are hand-trained. Upon request, we can provide screenshots from Runelite to verify progress.
    
    
11. Wealth on Account
    Please remove excess wealth from your account before service begins. Only retain what is necessary to complete the service. We are not responsible for any loss of unnecessary wealth during the service.
    
    
12. Account Responsibility
    Once login credentials are transferred to you, you assume full responsibility for the account. We are not responsible for any bans, mutes, or penalties after the transfer.
    
    
13. Accuracy of Account Descriptions
    We strive to provide accurate account descriptions. Full screenshots are available upon request. All sales are final once the account password is delivered.
    
    
14. Account Warranty
    We offer a one-month warranty on accounts, provided we retain control of the registered email associated with the account.
    
    
15. Account Recovery Assistance
    We will assist with locked account recovery but cannot guarantee success.
    
    
16. Warranty Void Conditions
    The warranty becomes void if you change the registered email during the warranty period or if the account is resold.
    
    
17. Account Buy-back Policy
    We may offer to buy back accounts for up to 50% of the original price, provided there are no new offenses, the account isn’t blacklisted, no items are missing, and it meets our buy-back criteria.
    
    
18. Post-Warranty Information
    After the warranty period, we will provide any remaining account-related information, if applicable. We are not responsible for changes in the account's value after this period.
    
    
19. No Spamming or Advertising
    Spamming or unauthorized advertising is strictly prohibited.
    
    
20. Respectful Conduct
    All users must treat staff and other users with respect. Disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.
    
    
21. No Scamming or Fraud
    Any involvement in scamming or fraud will result in immediate termination of services and possible legal action.
    
    
22. Payment Policy
    All payments must be made upfront before services commence.
    
    
23. Account Authenticator
    To facilitate service, you are required to either remove the authenticator from your account or provide the authenticator code during the service period.
