be wary dealing with this company

Explanation of the trade: paid for firecape service done via parsec on OSRS for a pure account, 43 pray 1 def 75 range agreed to amount that is DOUBLE because done via parsec agreed to. put in contact with worker who immediatley starts complaining about the service they are providing and then just logs off leaving me wondering whats going on. the guy said he cant do it, and tagged the ticket maker and then they say nobody does pure accounts via parsec. so i asked for a refund and they said theyd give me one, that was 2 days ago
How they scammed: they took me money and didnt provide the service we agreed to

Forwarded the refund details to the person who handles our Cashapp transactions 2 days ago, Machine Elf fails to understand that.

He proceeded by spreading degrading messages in our General Chat.
We offered him crypto, interac or crypto as they're instant but he hasn't replied.

I had a few other workers that were interested in completing the service for him but declined to do so after realising how much of a negative attitude this customer has.

 

why wouldnt i have a negative attitude? you guys took my money and then took me posting something like this to get you to respond. you message me tell me to learn patience LMAO dude had 0 patience when taking money for a service they dont even provide. shame on you for trying to gaslight me into thinking im in the wrong LMAO and then banned me. havent offered gp/crypto once untill this post was made and now your trying to make it look like youve done your part.

Have you ever ordered from any online marketplace and requested a refund? Was it instant? I highly doubt it, maybe when you grow up you'll realize that

 

i can tell you 3 services on this website alone that instantly sent refunds, and others than can just show proof that they refunded with it coming in 1-3 business days. you guys have just been so shady the whole interaction and this just shows how you deal with customers. banning people for asking how long refunds take and banning people for asking about warrnties. grow up ? the kind of response id expect from an absolute scumbag service provider, do better buddy

Regarding your comment about bans

We only ban users who violate our ToS or we suspect are a threat to our community.

If you weren't so disrespectful and handled this like any other customer, we would have not banned you.

Yes ive been refunded. Sad it took me posting this and arguing with some guy to get confirmation of it, really all that was needed 2 days ago when i asked. Not sure if its a langauge barrier or what but dont offer a service you cant provide and take peoples money, simple as that. Have used this site 15+ years and these guys give 0 zero reason to work with them over any other service company on this site. L BUSINESS
