invalid no proof

contacted ExpoServices through there discord, the person named Keith on here. inquired about a firecape service done via parsec for my pure, was told they could do it but would be double since through parsec. stats and gear was ok and connected to a worker, and immediately he started complaining about the service and just logged off. then was told they dont have anyone who does the service via parsec for pures (inquiring me to give acc details) so i asked for a refund. was just told theyd pass me along to the finance guy to get me a refund which hasnt happened. there are other people complaining about being banned for inquring and asking questions on the general chat in the discord. not sure why they didnt just issue me a refund if they dont have someone to provide the service.
